Umm don't wanna be a jerk but all that program does mostly is just turns your fans up.... you can do that without running a background app that uses CPU and thus.... causes more heat :P

How czn I do so my laptop not a gaming and most of the time the fan not running at 6000 or more RPM the score is between 5000-5800RPM

@@DKk_ Well in that case you're probably just out of luck. 5800 RPM is pretty much the fastest a laptop fan can go without blowing itself apart so it's probably already running at max speed. For desktop users there should be an option in the bios to check/change fan speeds but laptop fans usually already run at top speed all the time due to the heat generated in such a small confined area.
In that case this program won't do you any good either. It (and other apps like it) generally just shut down a few background apps (which are already suspended by the OS and thus not using battery or generating heat) and also adjusts fan curves to run them at higher speeds (which creates more noise and any cooling gains would be erased by the fact that you have the app actively running and using the CPU which will generate more heat that wipes out the gains). It's also useless on laptops, as I already said, they tend to run at pretty much full fan speeds anyways. And it won't save your battery much since all it's doing is turning off a few background programs which you don't want turned off because you're using them or they have already been suspended by the OS till they are needed and thus are only using a tiny bit of ram but no power or CPU and not generating any heat either.
(quick aside to the idiots who will try to say using ram uses more power and generates more heat.... NOPE. Ram is always 100% in use and thus is always using the same amount of energy and generating the same amount of heat. The "reported" usage is simply the OS and background/foreground programs that are active. The rest of the space will get filled up by system processes and not reported because they are constantly changing and releasing, remapping the ram for other things but it is at all times 100% being used)
Basically these kinds of programs are "placebo's". They are programs that don't really do anything and exist just to part fools from their money to buy the paid version or promote other products, while the youtubers like this that post videos like this are only doing so to get affiliate payments from the suckers that actually buy the program. Just hover over his link... it looks like a normal link but if you hover over it and look at your bottom left screen to see the actual link in full you'll see there's a token in there so if you purchase the program he get's a commission.
$1 million bucks says the guy who posted this video doesn't even use the program and probably spent no more than 10 minutes running it on a VPS while he made the video and then uninstalled it because he knows just as well as I do how useless these programs are. PPL make and post videos on stuff like this for no other reason than to earn money. They don't give a damn about you or whether the program even works or not. They just want you to click the link so they can earn a commission. Most of these videos aren't even "new" they are recycled over and over again with minor edits and reuploaded as "new" videos but are in fact 1 or 2 year old videos that they just changed a bit and uploaded again to make more money. There's 1 channel (can't remember the name) but every video he posts is actually just a modified version of a video he posted years ago. He can't even be bothered to make new videos and do testing, he just reuploads the same videos every month with minor changes to make them seem new when they aren't.
General rule of thumb..... if a program promises longer battery life, "optimization" of any kind, or more FPS then that program is just pure BS and so is the person promoting it. None.... and I do mean NONE of that stuff works.... at all, period. Not even a little. You won't gain a single FPS or single second of battery life or anything from these types of programs. And the youtubers promoting stuff like that are strictly in it for the $ and don't care if it even kills your computer or works or not, they just want content for their channel and $ from the affiliate links so you should probably find channels that actually promote stuff that's useful and doesn't make false promises.... bonus points if it's completely free and doesn't require a purchase at all. 10 bonus points if it's not a sponsored video at all and has no affiliate links at all, that's when you know a program is good...when the program is free and the person promoting it is not being paid to do it or collecting affiliate income, then you know they truly believe the program is useful and worth talking about.
If you need something to be cooler, buy a new cooler or re paste the CPU. If you need it faster, buy a faster cpu or storage drive. If you need more FPS then you need a new GPU.
The answer to making things faster is always a hardware solution, there is zero software that will actually make your computer faster or give you more FPS. Anyone that claims otherwise is lying. You can adjust game settings or use your GPU's control software to adjust settings that might get you more FPS etc and you can adjust windows settings and shut down background programs to save battery and reduce heat a bit but there is no 3rd party software solution that will magically make your PC faster, or run cooler etc etc.
