    Barre is a lot harder than it looks! Stretches out my ankles so well I love it!

      Hi Atikah H! That is so true! It often looks like you aren't doing much but balancing and holding the arms up does take a lot of strength! Glad you enjoyed!

    I love Barre! You gave me some move ideas I haven't done in a while, being a former ballerina, these barre classes are one of my favorite types!

      Hey there Sherry! Yes, you can be so creative with barre! I think people can get stuck doing the same repetitive moves and that's fine for some but I like to shake it up!!
