    my shoulders are burning! this class was amazing and I love the way you teach us every pose, you always manage to put a smile on my face even when my body doesn't want to have to move face muscles as well 💐💐

      Lol yea I've been there! The worst is teach an aerial class hung over... being upside is not fun in that state lol

    I really don't like C curve, but with my (green) ball it's doable. Great challenging class for me. I made it to 5 days in a row!

      Stability balls make ALL the difference! Honestly anytime I do Pilates C cuvre in an in person class I do it with a stability ball. If I knew everyone had one at home, I'd always do it in the videos. You might see the ball this coming week :)
