I’m Kait and I’ve been teaching for over 20 years!
I truly love helping you move your body! My style is a combination of everything I have learned over the years. I really don’t stick with one modality. Even though many of my videos are titled “Pilates,” you’ll often see several other modalities woven in.
I think that’s what attracts so many to my classes! I am not dogmatic! If something doesn’t feel good in your body, I say, “don’t do it!”
I want you to feel good! Powerful! Strong! Beautiful!
I want you to love every minute on your mat with me and take that out into your daily life.
Exercise does so much more than sculpting your body! Moving, stretching, dancing, and exercising can help you feel healthier, happier, and more confident!
