    I have found two apps to be very useful - Time Timefinder and Finch. I use Routinery because I just need to pop in my headphones and the robot will tell me what to do which saves me from having to constantly check the time myself or having to think through a task while I’m doing it. I'm totally obsessed with it.

    Routinery is a game changer. 🙌🏻 I started using it last week. After being a chronically late person most of my adult life, I am finally leaving my house and getting to places on time 🥳👌🏻

      Hi, do you use the paid version? I don't want to step into another app and get lost in it. How is it working out for you rn?

    My ADHD Apps o’ Choice are:
    • Things 3 (to do list)
    • Evernote (digital notebook)
    • Craft (digital notebook)
    • Fantastical (calendar)
    • Forest (keeps me off my phone)

    • @AntoniasUniverse
      @AntoniasUniverse  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Wow, 3 things looks awesome too! If it's free it might totally be a better choice. I used Forest and Evernote too and loved them, but for some reason I can't find Fantastical or Craft. Maybe they are iPhone only? Thank you for sharing yours too, hopefully some of our options help others!

      @@AntoniasUniverse Things 3, Craft, and Fantastical are all Mac/iOS only.
      Things 3 is awesome but a little pricey. Totally worth it though because it’s buttery smooth and super easy to use.

    I have a kind of focus mode in my phone but it’s completely useless cause you can just keep clicking on “ignore limitation for 15 minutes” basically forever and you can also deactivate the limitation for the rest of the day just with one click so it’s not useful at all

      I saw something called one sec (no idea if it's good) but it shames you when you open a app, sometimes few seconds is enough to stop the action

    Is there a GPS app that would help with identifying distractions and helping you with some level of Ai stay focused on the things that you wanted you and I could sidetracked with things you don't need to do then? Basically a personal sidekick or PA. Otherwise known as a parent, best friend or wife/husband.
    Along with some level of speech-to-text functionality. I currently use an app called talking alarm. Instead of some random noise it actually use the speech-to-text true as the alarm function. Makes it just more meaningful. As if a person was reminding you

      I'm not sure if you're joking, but it's actually a great idea 😃 I recently made 3 talking apps on my website, a timer, a clock, and a pomodoro assistant. It's actually really helpful!

    Notion is great for some things. It's like a very powerful note taking app that can handle huge amounts of data. You can have very simple pages and very complex ones too. You might get lost or distracted though, depends on your character. It is helpful to me to keep notes or lists on long-term projects or similar things.

      @AntoniasUniverse  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You are so right! I use Notion for almost everything, I even have a video about notion on my other channel Antonia & the Universe. It only gets better the longer you use it!
