Physician kwon used his own methods and used Accupunture even though the crown prince was weak and coughing up blood , he used his own ways to slowly kill the crown prince and also used a poison which couldn't be detected ( it was the same poison which kill his brother the laste crown prince taein ) and that also under the watchful eyes of the queen and when the king found out he confined the queen in her quarters and punished physician kwon and appointed the royal physician yoo sang uk to treat crown prince and of course yu sang uk used some methods to worsen his already bad health few days after that crown prince died .
