The chemistry of the cast is off the charts. Jonghyun and shinhye are actors I’ve followed for a couple years and learned they’re both naturally very shy and introverted, I think this is the most I’ve seen them both so animated.
Actors can turn into something else when they are in front of the camera even if they are shy in real life. Also, introverts can be loud (and animated) when they are talking to people they are close with. I am an introvert myself. I tend to be very shy and won't talk too much when I am with other people but I act the opposite with people I am comfortable with.
I couldn't hate him even for his character as i have watched his Negative role before mr queen in Mystic Pop up bar and even then he had some sad past just like in mr queen all he did was to love and protect the love of his life till the end 😭❤️
They all did so well in this drama. The commentary is so fun and entertaining. Full of teasing and laughters. I hope everyone will be well and should reap lots of awards. Kim Jung Hyun is a phenomenal actor and paired with Shin Hye Sun created a an explosive tandem. They should really have another drama together - preferably a romcom🥰. The team is great and everyone was happy.
This gives us the truth THAT Shin hyesun can't keep a secret. Hahaha she would tell everything that happened whether it is your breathing or whatever. Hahah
I think Shine Hye Sun is so humble that she can easily get along with the co artist and sometimes it is contageous that every one can feel comfortable with one another... Chae Seo Eun seems as she won a jackpot being one of the rookie in the cast, Shin Hye Sun made her easy to play her character! Yoo Yeong Jae being is right with his feedback to the Serie Mr. Queen, during this Pandemic we need a bit of something to easen our burden so Mr Queen just broke the monotony of heavy dramas beside the artist were great in portraying their role!
As a fellow infj, i can relate to how struggling inwoo when he wanted to elaborate his alien mind into language that can be understood by common people 😂👍
I am 15 in episodes in and I haven't stopped laughing. What a change in Sine Hye Sun from 'Angel's last mission' to Mr Queen. The woman can act! Kim Jung Hyun is also brilliant. It was lovely to see him in apart where he got to smile and let lose a bit. So funny, exciting and sad. Well worth watching. I may even do it over again I have enjoyed it so much.
Why when I watch this commentary, I feel like watching King CJ and So Bong in modern life. The character for both of them really similar in drama and real life. I feel like they really complete each other. The way HS teasing JH, the way they praise each other in their fav scene, the way JH look to HS definetely similar in the drama. They really complete each other.
I see RoWoon to Na In Woo, they are both baby giant and a talkative person with full of funny side behind the scene. So adorable. I'm happy In Woo received his first lead role and he work really hard to adjust from a new film set and brings a great chemistry with the other cast. I wish more people will support him in his new character ❤️
Thoroughly enjoyed this cast party! So much fun listening to them go back and forth. In Woo is so adorable and of course the king and queen are THE couple. I’m glad this had English subtitles too. Some don’t have it so can’t enjoy them as much. Thank you!
In the extra bonus segment they really did soften the blow - we got laugh with him during sports competition, games with the queen, leaving her chambers and pissing off The King. It was a nice touch because poor man suffered so much. 😉🙏🏻😍

I watched Mr Queen several times, and I’m sure going I am going to watch it again (I know, I don’t have a life) and I loved all of them but a couple of the characters, but the actors done such an amazing job, it takes me back to that time and absolutely makes me want to go visit Korea. I love all of the cast! I still can't move on from this drama.since it was that good. I can't repeat to watch it over and over. Hope there will be season 2. I'm huge fan of Kim jung hyun now. It is true what in woo talking about the fight scene. Some actors can do a good fight scene because they had athletic history, but Kim jung hyun can manage the fight scene very very good. I always excited everytime he do a fight scene. The take angle and how he do it, his face expression just great. He is indeed handsome and one of brilliant actor, shin hye sun also. Both of the is an amazing actors, hope they will have many projects together again. Their chemistry was just off the roof. Crazy. In woo is such a cutie in real life, so funny. Lol.
I watched this commentary for a few times. The more I watched, the more I can see clearly interaction between KJH and SHS. They were having so much fun and happy to be reunited. And the rest enjoyed their interaction.
Inwoo is definitely Na-triever. I'm so glad he joined 1N2D. We get to see more of his cute and bubbly personality. He's such a good actor he spoke in a lower register than his natural voice.
This commentary is literally mainly Junghyun and Hyesun talking to each other with TMI and inside jokes here and there thrown to the point that sometimes the other cast members don't know how to respond. Maybe Mingyu, nice to see him being attentive after spending 20 episodes with a straight face lol. Junghyun and Hyesun click so well, they must have spent a lot of time together creating this craft, and I am glad they both found each other in the project. I think they are on the same acting caliber, esp. compared to their previous co-stars. Hyesun was mostly paired with older or younger guys, so this time it must be nice to be paired someone who is similar age and also very talented and became good partners. I don't think I've seen her this cheery and talkative with previous drama interviews lol. Cannot move on from this drama damn, I blame these two.
It is a sadness what the Korean People are doing with this Mr Queen Kdrama. They should rethink their moral values; they take it down of the platforms because offends the history of the Joseon Emperors. I remind you that their history, that of the emperors, is full of murder, betrayal, poisoning, torture, parricide, rape and all kinds of transgressions. Korean society were offended because they did not represent the emperors, is it that an emperor cannot laugh, or like to cook, or be loyal? Do they criticize the show for these reasons? The Korean people with their social networks have a great force, apparently something very good because they have a great force of social control, but how far are they going to go? They have in their hands the power to destroy the work of actors and producers, because They do not like something specific, but there is not a single Korean drama where they do not show and teach the new generations, drink is good, to drink until you fall out of the seat, this is seen in both men and women. What a widespread double standard, that's fine, teaching that alcohol is good and getting drunk is fine, but do not touch, do not kiss or do not miss the story. If someone decides to start a campaign against a show, the rest of the population follow like sheep and supports nonsense. Korea if you didn't like the show, the rest of the planet love it , therefore respect our right to follow it. Mr Queen is an excellent drama !!
Right... This is just a drama in fact it's a adaptation frm a novel it's also have a Chinese original version of it. Somehow Kdrama esp historical genra stick of what Joseon type are , so that's why knetz is too sensitive bcoz of details. If drama envolved a real life scene they complained, if drama change into different style just not to make offensive they will also complained bcoz they will think it's not the right thing that happened,, !LIKE WHAT!!?.
Nah the real issue most people had was with the original novelist of the story who is chinese apparently. And the writer apparently had anti korean stuff in the story and demean the credibility of korean history within the story too

What a widespread double standard, that's fine, teaching that alcohol is good and getting drunk is fine, but do not touch, do not kiss or do not miss the story. If someone decides to start a campaign against a show, the rest of the population follow like sheep and supports nonsense. Korea if you didn't like the show, the rest of the planet love it , therefore respect our right to follow it. Mr Queen is an excellent drama !!
Right... This is just a drama in fact it's a adaptation frm a novel it's also have a Chinese original version of it.
Somehow Kdrama esp historical genra stick of what Joseon type are , so that's why knetz is too sensitive bcoz of details.
If drama envolved a real life scene they complained, if drama change into different style just not to make offensive they will also complained bcoz they will think it's not the right thing that happened,, !LIKE WHAT!!?.
It s a pity !! Really ! Fortunately the international recognition is amazing, and it s not even on Netflix !!
Nah the real issue most people had was with the original novelist of the story who is chinese apparently. And the writer apparently had anti korean stuff in the story and demean the credibility of korean history within the story too
