A neat way to proc poison on some regular build alternatively is poison throwing knives with mushroom crown and rot exultation talisman for a 30% buff to damage. Or use any other status
Keep in mind that the buff is very short. 20 sec since poisoning, as I remember. So, if you want to make it viable, put it as a swappable weapon. Buff, then poison yourself, then swap and strike quickly.
there are raw meat dumpling also you probably know it anyway but since it is a consumable, it take an item so that means it only consume farming time builds that aren't based on mana probably won't use this but it is good to know

Yes also raw meat dumplings are rare and way more valuable to waste on a buff as they heal over half your health and can’t be farmed
