For the ones who have problem with the yoke working backword,i had that problem! Go to "Flight control surfaces,go to "Primary controls"go all the way down, the last line at the botton is "Elevator axis",just reverse them! That's it!
Thanks for this. It really helps. im having an issue where im trying to program right pov2 to look left, right, up and down. Using the velocityone flight, it shows (POV2 in Training freelook). Im trying to select cockpit right, left, up and down, but when I assign pressing POV2, the button results show joystick numbers, instead of Joystick POV2, like your video. I know I sound like an idiot, but Im expecting Joystick POV 2. Am I making sense? lol
@@Highintheflightsimsky Sorry Im playing on xbox using the velosity one yolk. If I look in the cockpit camera, I notice that cockpit quick view is set to joystick POV (up,down, right, left), (asper your instruction, But while in the same category (Cockpit Camera), cockpit look up,left, right,up (right side)are assigned to: [Joystick Button]. In your video, when you set up, it shows as POV2 and no matter what I do it says (joystick Button). What confuses me to no end, is if I use the "training" button on the yolk, for the pov 2, it says freelook, if I select up, down, right, left on the right side). I was expecting it to reflect what the setting is setup in fs2024. So confused. Im looking at resources for the asignments, and it says that it will display as a number. Perhaps your video, shows POV2 because your on PC? If thats the case, what I am displaying is normal?
Thank you for the video. I would have liked a picture in picture of the yoke, so you could have pointed out the exakt position of the buttons. But this will work using the reference chart you get with the controller.
thanks for mentioning thanks for the feedback. let me see if I can add it easily and post an updated video about it for people watching the video in the future
Thank you for this video. I’m looking for help with throttle thrust reversals on the 208 and tbm. Seems the way 2020 did it doesn’t work now. Any help appreciated
So in default planes the throttle, mix, and prop work fine. In third party planes however, I the throttle is working but the mix and prop isn’t. Any guesses as to what this could be?
Just got one, and it's not working.. The handle to fly the aircraft, it's connected, yet it says that the stick module is not attached firmly to stick base but it is...
Yes I have a problem with my Hotas one joystick,my throttle was reversed and so was my joystick. The throttle was an easy fix ,but the yoke I still can't fix yet.
@@legendarydaniel_.6883 I found out how to invert the yoke back.Don't use the elevator up and down key,ONLY use the "elevator axis" and click the gear and it will allow you to click invert .You're welcome
My Congratulations for your video! Thank You! I don't have any tool bar and i tryd every mapping to get it and it doesn't work. Either,i can't get to the horizontal box at the top right of the screen, where there is the 2 little human's heads stick together and when i open my console it shows those 2 heads with a comment saying "Warning" Do you know what this is for? Im running msfs on a xbox. Im using the velocity one. For some reason the yoke is inverted. Pushing in make the plane go up. Pulling the yoke makes the airplane go down. Any solutions?? I seen other comments experiencing the same issue with no resolutions . Any help is appreciated. Thanks
@@CashMoney5280 I had this problem too if you go to the settings for the elevator press the cog and you will see set inverted axis. Click that and it should work.

Do you have some examples of 3rd party planes which do not work?
is there any chance to set up the throttle gradually? or is a FS issue?
you thatt goes smoother instead of to fast?

inded as already mentioned use the inverted checkbox should resolve it
@@Highintheflightsimsky where can I find it ?
You have to click on the little gear symbol next to the elevator option in the controls setting
I’m new to all this so your uncertainty while setting up is a little frustrating.
What do you mean Bob?
