Any confirmation if Magic Key will include the Park Hopper option?

Yes. When you make reservations you can make it for one or both parks.

I heard there is a limit for park hopping if thats true it's is a huge deal breaker for some people like me who want to go on a particular attraction for that one park and want to cross back then go back later and so forth

There will not be a limit on park hopping. If you secure a multi-park reservation then you will be able to switch between parks beginning at 1pm.
