I was at the parks for 3 days and with your tips I was able to get a boarding pass for Rise all 3 days and 2 days for Webslingers (we didn't try the first day for that one otherwise I'm sure it would be 3 as well). I was so nervous we wouldn't be able to experience Rise and I don't get to the parks that often so it was really important to me. I watched this several times before our trip and made my boyfriend watch it as well so we both knew what to do. We ended up passing your advice along to a family who was having a hard time getting passes. I hope it helped them as well. I just can't thank you enough.

Thanks for all the detailed tips! For the 12:00pm Rise of the Resistance boarding pass, can you get out of Disneyland and walk somewhere else for a better, less congested cell phone signal? Or do you have to be inside one of the Disney parks?

Should all 4 of us log in to my account / app on our individual phones or should everybody have their own account to sign into? How do I then allow them to link all of our tickets in 4 separate accounts?
By typing in the ticket ID numbers, all 4 members of your group could link all the tickets to everyone's accounts. If you decide to have everyone try for a boarding group, only one person will succeed for the entire group, but you'll have more chances to be successful.

1 - Be on the Virtual Queue screen before the distribution window opens. 2 - Continually refresh the page by pulling down and releasing. 3 - The moment the distribution window opens, as you refresh the page, the "Join" button will appear. 4 - All members of your party with valid admission should automatically be selected to join the queue. DO NOT SPEND TIME ON THIS SCREEN. Click "Join" again. 5 - You should be added to a group. Any time you spend anywhere in the app will severely limit your chances of joining a boarding group.
Does it help to have multiple people in the group link tickets and all try to get into a boarding group? Or does that confuse the system? At noon can one person in a group try to get Rise and another get Web Slingers from each of their apps? I know they can only hold 1 per timeframe, but would this help increase the chance of getting into a boarding group?
That can definitely help, but make sure that you let everyone know when you get through otherwise the system can get confused. Once one person has the boarding groups the others should stop.
How much time do they give you to get to your queue? how do they know it’s you who ordered the virtual queue do they scan your phone? How know the rest of your party is with you do they have to have the app on their phone as well?
You have no time at all. All tickets need to be linked to at least one Disney account and there will be a code to scan on your phone when your group is called.

I understand you get an hour after you are notified of your boarding group but possibly I could not get there within that time slot, figuring in the time it takes to go from parking lot, security, walk to the ride?
We will be there next monday-wed. We have park hoppers... how does it work if we cant enter dca until 1. If we are givin a boarding pass in the 7 am queue will it send us to a time that we will be in that specific park? Hope that made sense.
You will not be able to use the 7am distribution, but can do the 12pm. By the time your group is called then park hopping will have begun and you can get into DCA.
At around 6:50 you mention that, after pressing JOIN, your party's names should all be preselected if you are all "in the park that day." Did you mean if your group is physically standing in the park at 7:00AM or that everyone in the group has a reservation for that day? Thanks so much for the great info!
Depends if you're going for the 7am or noon groups. In the morning it should preselect everyone with valid admission and reservations for that day. At noon it should preselect everyone who is in the parks and has valid admission.

That's difficult to say. They've already been removed from Indiana Jones, but ROTR and WEB Slingers will keep them as long as Disney feels they're necessary.
I have a group of 18 people all have Disneyland tickets confirmation in their phone. How do I link them together? I even don’t know how to link my own Disneyland ticket. I log in to my Disney experience account but it ask for my ticket ID. I only have my confirmation number and the QC code. Pls advise. Your email ticket confirmation should have a link that says "Access E-Tickets". If you click on that and select each ticket you will find the ticket ID beneath the bar code at the top. Enter that into the app.
Hi should I get on the 7am virtual queue even though we have Disneyland Park reservations for 12pm? (Park hopper - We'll be in California Adventure in the morning) Or should I wait for the 12 noon virtual queue?

But because our group didn’t get called until 1140am, Web Slingers was still in our Virtual Queue at 12pm when we tried to get Boarding Passes for Rise of the Resistance...denied access to ROTR because "you cannot have two rides in your Virtual Queue at the same time." They just so happened to overlap. Now we know for next time...
So can I get a boarding pass for RotR at 7:00 am and then also get one for Indiana Jones before my time to go on RotR is called? Will it not let me get one for Indy in that case because I already have one for RotR?

If you're home, it's probably fine, but most people will end up using the WiFi at a hotel or elsewhere. I would simply avoid any network you don't already know for a fact is fast and reliable.

Yes. For that one you must have a reservation for the park the attraction is in.

You can leave, certainly. As long as you've entered a park that day, that's all that matters.

That should work just fine.

That is a possibility. We generally coose not to risk it, but you could always give it a try.

i have a question. If we have our tix uploaded in the tix and passess section is that all we have to do for the virtual queue for Rise ?
That's all the prep you'll need, then at the distribution time you can go through the boarding group process with no additional steps!

No, you're only allowed to enter the virtual queue once per attraction each day.

Luckily Indy doesn't have those same restrictions so you can have a boarding group for ROTR and Indy at the same time.
