Tempest Mod, PE Foam, Filmed, Eva Foam, and the important mod is Lubing the switches.

I actually just got into this hobby too. From my experience so far, I've learned that more foam actually makes the keyboard clackier. Switches also make a big difference to how a keyboard can sound like, for example there's linear, clicky, and tactile switches, I just know lubing them and linear switches makes a keyboard thocky or creamy. But overall, hipyo said the sound of the keyboard is based on all the components.
