However I think it still happens even to the person in the video. They just want to make it seem like they're perfect but we never get to see the cleaning and or process after the aesthetic videos. The problem with putting fruit in ice is that one it melts into your drink the fruit is very soggy for being in the water infill it froze :( . I have done this.

You have to make sure that everything in your freezer is sealed so no smells come through or make sure the ice itself is in sealed containers. I think she has separate ice drawers that don’t let the smells come through.
Ive noticed from living in different areas of the country the water itself has odor. I use baking soda to absorb but you have to change the box out monthly.
A box of baking soda!!! But also take out anything freezer burnt and get rid of it. Then make sure everything is sealed up good and tight. Keep the ice at the top if you can. But the baking soda will do wonders. ❤

You can try a box a baking soda in your freezer, too. It absorbs errant smells and keeps everything tasting as it should.
