32shumble true... even as a guitarist myself i think all overdriven guitars sound like a tin of wasps haha and doesnt matter how expensive ur gear is..cheap stuff does the trick....new age cheap gear is as good as old school expensive stuff
The answer is YES! Coincidently, Jimmy did not use expensive gear when he was starting out either. Supro amps and Danelectro guitars were cheap back then. Jimmy still breaks out his Danelectro for gigs, and he could afford anything.
The best guitar I own (like just nothing else even compares) cost £300. 10000+ hours in it and 2 refrets. My best amp did cost a weeeeee bit more than £300 though. Was £500. £620 with a JJ re-tube. That whole 'tone is in your fingers' thing is true, but you still need a good baseline tone to begin with. Thankfully that has never been more affordable.
The good thing about Telecasters is that they're pretty simple guitars, so there is less things for them to suck at. Cheap copies of fancy guitars can suck a lot more.
felix o gaitero Absolutely! Telecasters are deceptively simple. Two pickups. One tone knob. One volume knob. Three way switch. Not a lot going on there, but they do so many things so well. I love Telecasters.
I have a '08 Squier Affinity Tele and once I changed the pups to cheap used Squier Alnico 3 in the bridge and A5 in the neck it sounds really sweet now. I also filed the fret sprout and slightly rounded the fb edge, very easy mods
As well as metal! V30's are the top choice even down that path, but seeing how it stacks against greenbacks would be interesting. Both will sound great, no doubt.
Johan I once experimented with a Fender bass amp with a 15"speaker,i pre amped it with a 6 watt solid state amp,was phenominal for Hendrix/Blues !love the videos,we are on the same musical path !
i wonder if page would have cared back in 68 if the affinity was the guitar he used... it sounds great. guitar players now are lost in brand names and such, a good guitar player sounds good on anything. dont be guitarded....
Squiers are well made and consistent in my experience. Cosmetically there may be concessions, but I put my Squier Deluxe, Vintage Modified up against my Standard Strat any day...and I wish the American Standard had a non lacquered fretboard. Of course, the factory setup leaves a bit to be desired on a squier, but that's not really important to the point at hand. Keep in mind that a lot of $3000 Les Pauls are coming out of the factory with unleveled frets and twisted necks. Yeah, I know Gibson has the PLEK machine...but you don't think they use that on every single guitar, do you?
That's very interesting, I own some very good guitars (Les Paul Custom Shop '56, Tele AVRI '58 to name a few), and also an old 60's Guyatone and a 70's National Big Daddy, the firsts cost 2 or 3000$, the others 150 or 300$ and they all got their own character. (Even a Strat Classic Player 60's which is just AMAZING for a Mexican !) The Gibson is different from the National but I'm not sure there's a better or worst tonally speaking... Just different. That's a shame to spend thousands $ to face it but it's never too late ! And what is even more a shame is that even today, people usually won't see you as a good musician if it's not written Fender or Gibson on your headstock ! BUT I also feel like nowadays cheap guitars sound flatter and haven't as much character as the oldies... Maybe that's another pyschologic effect, I don't know... I you're a good player, you can play anything and it will sound great though... Johan is a good exemple.
Obviously, we can tell single coils from humbuckers. After that though, the fingers make the tone, period. Some of those tones were really Zeppelin sounding, good work and another great video.
A lot of Zeppelin was recorded using teles. Also remember that Page's Les Paul has coil-taps, meaning he can pull a pot and split the coil and get a single coil sound.
That's just great work, Johan. Goes to show that it's not what the price tag says but it's what your ears say. That's just ridiculously close to the first album tone for a guitar that costs less than $200.
I got this same guitar used for under $100, I TH-cam'd how to set up Tele, did it myself and now has replaced $300-$800 guitars I used to gravitate to for weekly gigs. Fantastic video, I really connected with your premise for this video.
I have that exact Tele affinity squire, bought it in 2010 and it sounds great and the neck is Pretty awesome for such and inexpensive guitar, stays in tune, the only thing that's kind of cheap on it is the plastic nut and the 3 way switch is kind of flimsy. Changing strings on it is a pain because you have to do it from the front of the bridge and not the back. awesome video
Had to say I found your videos not too long ago and they are just crazy good comparisons and content no one else makes. I also have a affinity tele and you just make me love the axe even more. You are an inspiration Johan, congratulations and greetings from Brazil!
I just picked this guitar up today, and man the build quality is unreal for the price. I honestly could barely feel a difference from playing the 1999 american tele right next to it. Incredible value.
If Jimmy page had recorded Zep 1 with this amp setup we would be all forced to watch another million TH-cam films about this unique tone. For me it’s 10 out of 10
I have a Classic Vibe 50's Tele and I find it awesome, my girlfriend has an Affinity and I have to admit that the fact the neck hasn't got a huge varnish on makes it awesome to play !
Talk about a completely underrated guitar! I also have a Squier Affinity Tele (black with maple fretboard, though your natural finish is making me think a bit...lol), it plays fantastic, sounds like pure Telecaster, and I can bring it to the crappiest bars with no fear of it being stolen! And yeah, y'all *nailed* Led Zep!
Nice one....again:) Interesting comments about the use of a cheap guitar. I've said for a long time now that a 2, 3, 4K guitar and amp etc is not needed to get a very usable sound. Once you put drums, bass and vocals etc in the mix most of the little nuances that make an expensive guitar shine will be lost in the mix.
I think guitar players are hung up on impressing other guitar players...if not with their playing, most certainly with their expensive gear. Go see a show where someone is playing through cheap equipment, and watch the guitar players in the audience tear the guitarist up before he plays for playing through it. If the guitarist rips their head off, they shut up really fast. Some may end up buying the cheap gear thinking it has some sort of undiscovered 'mojo'.
krelbar well you can't assume every piece of gear does the same thing I'm not going to buy a 59 bassman for my death metal band. which even if I did get It to sound right via pedals would be a giant waist so idk I feel people toss around the word gear too much.
Depends. The Fender is known for taking pedals like a champ (no pun intended). If you want the best platform for using any of your high gain pedals, I would see this as a viable route.
Redpipe327 the 59 bassman is a frigging metal beast if pushed with a tubescreamer and high volume, which this amp has a LOT. Tried on my skin (and ears)
Led Zeppelin I was recorded with Pagey's Dragoncaster and a Supro amp. I believe he also had a Mk. II Tonebender to thicken the sound. The rest was Page.
When all guitarists can make their equipment sing like this...we'll put the guitar companies out of business because we'll all run out of gas. Great demo Johan. Oh, and 4:59 is killer. Man, just listened to that sound about ten times in a row and with that much thunder looked outside expecting rain.....
You could get Zep tone from a shovel or toilet plunger. You prove that skill is more important than the price of your guitar. BTW, that is a beautiful Tele.
To be honest, that guitar plays very nice. I have personally tried one and considered buying one. Sure it may need a good setup and some TLC but I bet if put a blindfold and match this against a Fender, you would certainly have a very hard time distinguishing which is which. Btw, I love all your videos, Johan! I look up to it especially that video of you plugging a cheap Epiphone amp into a Marshall cab. Keep it up!
I like how right on the back of the bolt on neck theres a sticker that says "do not throw in the trash" because that's where all entry level bolt on necks belong
actually some of the squire guitars are really amazing, especially for the price! the woods, craftsmanship, and finishes are actually really nice. My squire affinity is Alder , and a rosewood fingerboard, with a surfgreen finish! Then, I just go to work, Im smoothing and polishing the frets, may stain the neck but I actually like the smooth finish, got some new pickups, bridge, nut, pickguard, tuners, i just have to finish putting all the new parts on now! oh and i even got a fender decal kit of ebay!!! ill send you some pictures when im done!
Hey Johan, those tones are great. I think the amp choice was great to nail tones of the era, As for the Tele, I went 1 series upgrade and got the pine bodied Vintage Vibe Tele and I'll tell you what. If I were offered the trade on a "real Fender Telecaster", it would have to be a real special Fender bcause mine is on the money. Oh, and you sold me on the Affinity, I might grab one for "Keef" tuning.
Sounds molto Zeppelin-ish to me. I think any semi-decent tele, with a decent amp and cab/speaker, combined with better than decent playing skills, like yours, will get as near as anyone cares or can tell. As Bills Hicks once screamed "play from your fucking heart", ... and you do, ... as Jimmy did.
It's always worth remembering that Jack White became famous using a plastic body guitar. A good musician can music with even a spoon. It's all about soul, not gear. Gear's nice, but musicians are musicians with or without good kit. Way to rock that Squire! Made me wanna bust out my first electric guitar, a Squire Strat. :D
If you want to do a quick fix on the cheap, you can put upgraded caps on a Squire Tele and you will be surprised just how much it can change the tone. Also getting better tone pots help but try the upgraded caps first. Sometimes cheap pickups can sound really good (Danelectro anyone? Oh yeah, Jimmy played that too!)
Great vid! I have one of these and it's a great guitar. Sounds good, stays in tune, and plays well. Other than replacing the jackplate after it broke into pieces after a couple of years it has been dead reliable as well. I'd like to find another one cheap to put some humbuckers in. Great playing Johan! Proof that it's all in the fingers. Subbed!
Love it, great ideas..I got a Squier classic vibe last week and tried it with black star ht5, them tvp 15, then id core 20 v2 then a fender bullit (15 w)and a 45 years old guyatone 10 watt amp..it sounds so great and playability is just fun...love it thanks for your inspiration ( apologize to take up some ideas)
Bizarre, that they would make this Affinity in that finish. I kinda think that is one of the nicest finishes i've seen on a Tele. Love that dark wood 'stain.' If they offered that on a MIM Fender, i'd probably be very interested. Good stuff, as always Johan. But, why don't you have a BAND?
I bet it'll sound just as good even if I hammer down one string on wooden board with a pickup, through that amp. And lets not forget to mention that you sir can play. I used to play shitty guitars through a silverface Bassman 4x10" with just a blues driver. My tone was a killer. And everybody just stood and look the guitar and wondering ..."how the heck.."
You need a Tone Bender mkii type fuzz pedal, full stop. THAT is the tone on Zep 1. Barring that, a good cheap way to get the same tone is to take a stock Epiphone Valve Junior and use a RAT pedal in front of it. Put the gain of the Rat low, about "2", and crank the level all the way up. Crank the amp all the way up. Use pretty much any single coil guitar, and there you have it. It works best through a cheap 4 ohm speaker. That album was recorded using a cheap Supro amp, a Telecaster, and a Tone Bender fuzz pedal. Although it sounds like magic, it really isn't. You can also get close with a Big Muff into a Vox AC4, adjust the tone of the Big Muff all the way to the treble side. This isn't exact, but it will get pretty close. Like I said, it isn't magic.
Playing excellent as usual, its great but I'd love to see a 52 reissue played too. I think the pick ups sound weak compared to the Fender USA pick ups I've heard . Sound thinner.
Very cool! Totally blown away. I got goosebumps when you tore into Communication Breakdown. The tone was spot on. I was surprised this was the Affinity as it looks more like the Squier 50s Classic Vibe. I like the Affinity better. I prefer the neck finish. I don't like the glossy finish on the CV. Maybe it's the lighting but in most videos, the Affinity butterscotch looks more like something between solid orange and mustard. But here I can clearly see the "natural wood" finish (and on the back!) which is what I think of in the butterscotch. Did you alter this or is this really the look of the Affinity??? Got to get one!
These days, with all the CNC work in cheap guitars, they've become pretty consistent and the difference between them and the expensive ones is much less than back in the day. I'm not saying an Affinity is anything like as good as a custom shop Fender but they can still be a good instrument for beginner to intermediate players.
Rule of thumb: Spend more on your amp than your guitar
+32shumble A good rule for sure!
32shumble true... even as a guitarist myself i think all overdriven guitars sound like a tin of wasps haha and doesnt matter how expensive ur gear is..cheap stuff does the trick....new age cheap gear is as good as old school expensive stuff
teddy boy my $90 Squier bullet tele agrees with you.
Perfectly set up and I play it as much as my classic player Fender Strat.
MrMoneyHelper my Mexican fender is real nice though
Correctamundo! I have a Lab Series L7; when I plug in my Squire Affinity Tele, and play 'Good Times, Bad Times', the match is perfect.
Love it. You can make Squiers and Epiphones sound better than some people's $10K Rare Guitars demos.
+Ehmmm Jay (JikeOnTheLoose) Thanks! That's so good to hear!
Johan Segeborn you have the best vibrato I have ever heard? have you ever made an album? your playing is amazing
Yeah, c'mon Johan. Where's that album? I have my money ready and everything ;)
I owned an epiphone standard and played the frets almost down to the wood. didn't play anywhere near as good as my gibson
Yes, but that Pure Tone is nearly 1000 euros.
The answer is YES! Coincidently, Jimmy did not use expensive gear when he was starting out either. Supro amps and Danelectro guitars were cheap back then. Jimmy still breaks out his Danelectro for gigs, and he could afford anything.
+Thomas DiSanto Thanks man!
Thomas DiSanto And that Dano 59DC is now more expensive than this Squier Tele.
No! The answer is NO! Jimmy is the sound of L.Z. not the gear he used.
If it ain't broke don't fix it! If it sounds good don't spend more money.
The good thing about Telecasters is that they're pretty simple guitars, so there is less things for them to suck at. Cheap copies of fancy guitars can suck a lot more.
+felix o gaitero Cheers :-)
felix o gaitero Absolutely! Telecasters are deceptively simple. Two pickups. One tone knob. One volume knob. Three way switch. Not a lot going on there, but they do so many things so well. I love Telecasters.

You are just a great guitar player. Even a cheap guitar sounds great in your hands.
+Timo Distel Thanks! I'm really glad you like it!
Could you do a comparison about vintage 30 and greenback speakers? That would be great! Thanks for the reply!
+Timo Distel yeah, that's a good idea. It's rhe two standards in classic rock
As well as metal! V30's are the top choice even down that path, but seeing how it stacks against greenbacks would be interesting. Both will sound great, no doubt.
Which means even a $10 ,000 rig wouldn't sound good in beginners hands...??
the golden age of cheap guitars is here...
Johan I once experimented with a Fender bass amp with a 15"speaker,i pre amped it with a 6 watt solid state amp,was phenominal for Hendrix/Blues !love the videos,we are on the same musical path !
Thanks man! :-)
i wonder if page would have cared back in 68 if the affinity was the guitar he used... it sounds great. guitar players now are lost in brand names and such, a good guitar player sounds good on anything. dont be guitarded....
+STEVE LEITNER haha! Thanks my friend
He'd have killed to get such a well made consistent guitar, believe me.
Yeah, I know Gibson has the PLEK machine...but you don't think they use that on every single guitar, do you?
He had two well made consistent guitars. The Les Paul and the Tele...yet he also chose to play a Sears Silvertone...explain that?
That's very interesting, I own some very good guitars (Les Paul Custom Shop '56, Tele AVRI '58 to name a few), and also an old 60's Guyatone and a 70's National Big Daddy, the firsts cost 2 or 3000$, the others 150 or 300$ and they all got their own character. Sounds great going through that amp
+The channel for everything Thanks! Yeah that's a killer amp!
Obviously, we can tell single coils from humbuckers. After that though, the fingers make the tone, period. Some of those tones were really Zeppelin sounding, good work and another great video.
+Paul Simmons Thanks man!
Teles were used for zep 1 and the stairway to heaven solo

+Sam Baumgartner Thanks Sam, that's good to hear.
Communication breakdown sounded absolutely awesome! Just as the rest of course
+Vincent Adriaanse Thanks my friend, great to hear that!
Wow. If I didn't see you playing an Affinity I wouldn't have believed it. Outstanding as always Johan.
+TimB4305 Thanks Tim! :-)
You need more amps. You don't have all the colors yet.
+joynthis hahaha, yeah it's hard get enough of amps :-)
HI MR ASSHAT,THESE ARE NOT ALL HIS AMPLIFIERS.HE HAPPENS TO KNOW PEOPLE WHO OWN THEM
😂😂😂😂
Damn son!....I think your tone is even better!....but honestly, like I've said before, your finger work/skills kick it up a bunch of notches....
+HeROsiNhEaVeN Thanks! That's really good to hear!
I got this same guitar used for under $100, I TH-cam'd how to set up Tele, did it myself and now has replaced $300-$800 guitars I used to gravitate to for weekly gigs. Fantastic video, I really connected with your premise for this video.
+jmanxoom Thanks! :-)
nice tone and playing dude - unlike most youtube guys you got good timing
Proof of why tone is really all in your hands. Even a cheap guitar sounds great in a good set of hands!
+Jonathan Campagna Thanks :-) good to hear it!
I have that exact Tele affinity squire, bought it in 2010 and it sounds great and the neck is Pretty awesome for such and inexpensive guitar, stays in tune, the only thing that's kind of cheap on it is the plastic nut and the 3 way switch is kind of flimsy. +James Marciniec Thanks James!
Had to say I found your videos not too long ago and they are just crazy good comparisons and content no one else makes.
I also have a affinity tele and you just make me love the axe even more.
You are an inspiration Johan, congratulations and greetings from Brazil!
+mamoru miyagawa Thanks my friend! Cheers Johan
I just picked this guitar up today, and man the build quality is unreal for the price. I honestly could barely feel a difference from playing the 1999 american tele right next to it. Incredible value.

Man Johan! You are a monster player! Another great vid.
You have the coolest vibrato mate. Very original sounding.
+Christopher Alchin Thanks man :-)
You can make anything work wonders Johan. Your fingers are where the tone really is. That amp is just an added bonus :)
+Alicia Butler Thanks Alicia, great to hear that! Cheers Johan
I have a Classic Vibe 50's Tele and I find it awesome, my girlfriend has an Affinity and I have to admit that the fact the neck hasn't got a huge varnish on makes it awesome to play !
+FuguZaKat yeah the neck has got a natural feel to it
Talk about a completely underrated guitar!
Greet sound and playing, Johan!
+jips123 Thanks, glad to hear that!
Johan, your channel is a lot of fun. Always enjoy your videos.
+theflyingmat Thanks! Yeah this is certainly a good enough guitar for anyone.
if page had used that guitar w/ his rig, i do not doubt it would've made much difference, esp. in the studio. Thanks, Johan for another great video.
Wow that's really similar i listen to comunication breakdown and other then just pure recording techniques they sound so close! 👍 amazing job
I think guitar players are hung up on impressing other guitar players...if not with their playing, most certainly with their expensive gear. +krelbar Yeah, we guitar players do indeed have issues that's holding most of us back. Cheers Johan

Yup people are hung up on Brands.
my friend you nailed it once again. Amazing tone & feel! :-)
+Darrien Day Thanks my friend! :-)
I want to thank you. Because of this video I bought that same guitar yesterday.
+Vladimir Lopez Glad to hear that! It's a great guitar! Cheers
Led Zeppelin I was recorded with Pagey's Dragoncaster and a Supro amp. I believe he also had a Mk. II Tonebender to thicken the sound. The rest was Page.
Johan, keep on with this hard groovin!
Cheers from Brasil!
Cheers Kalango!
With such great player as you are, even cheaper equipment sounds great!
+Anže Tomazin Thanks my friend!
That squier cheapo is putting custom shops to shame! Great sound! It's all in the hands!👐
+Brandon Simpson Thanks Brandon!
Sounds fucking awesome. Nice work. Cheers from Australia.
+Perth Guitar Thanks, great to hear it! Cheers from Gothenburg Sweden!
Its in the fingers man, that was great!
+jordan tee Thanks Jordan! :-)
When all guitarists can make their equipment sing like this...we'll put the guitar companies out of business because we'll all run out of gas. Great demo Johan. Oh, and 4:59 is killer. Man, just listened to that sound about ten times in a row and with that much thunder looked outside expecting rain.....
+Rick McCargar Thanks Rick, yeah we had more than our fair share of rain today ;-)
Seriously monster tone with that setup!
Rick McCargar I agree, it's a great tone and you nailed it again!
One of the best values in electric guitars imo
+guysmalley indeed!
Very cool stuff Brother-Gotta Have at least One Tele in the Stable !! Cool Amp-speaker choice !!
+David Amason Thanks bro, yeah that amp is amazing.
I agree as long as the guitar is set up well, don,t matter what it cost,or looks like,i have a 86 MIJ Strat which plays/sounds Great !
Awesome. Ordering a Squier Tele right now!
You could get Zep tone from a shovel or toilet plunger. You prove that skill is more important than the price of your guitar. BTW, that is a beautiful Tele.
Pure tone amps is so greaat!! but, not cheap... Thanks for Nice work!! I'm always watching your channel!! :)
+YC Thanks, I'm so glad to hear that!
Its the hands. Another great vid tho Cheers Johan
+Matt Evans Thanks Matt! :-)
What great vibrato! Well done
love that you play the most expensive stuff and the cheapest
Nice sound for such a little amp.
+Savage Cabbage Yeah it weighs less than the guitar :-)
I am pretty convinced that Johan is really a wizard.
+Bumblefritz Thanks my friend ;-)
To be honest, that guitar plays very nice. I have personally tried one and considered buying one. Sure it may need a good setup and some TLC but I bet if put a blindfold and match this against a Fender, you would certainly have a very hard time distinguishing which is which. Btw, I love all your videos, Johan! I look up to it especially that video of you plugging a cheap Epiphone amp into a Marshall cab. Keep it up!
+Yitzhak Fuentes Thanks! I'm glad to hear that!
Sounds great. The Squire should give you pretty good high end from the start. The amp is killer for Page.
You are a fantastic guitar player. And I thought your Rolling Stones video was good....this is amazing. Well done my brother, well done.
+James Maloney Thanks my friend! Great to hear that!
Awesome videos. Thanks for the time you put into making them, I look forward to every new one.
I like how right on the back of the bolt on neck theres a sticker that says "do not throw in the trash" because that's where all entry level bolt on necks belong
+RICK HARRISON haha :-) except this one
I'm sure there tolerable once they are properly intonated, its not so much the sound as it is fighting the tuning and lack of playability
that sounded great! love your videos
Great sounding amp! Got really close, especially on Communication Breakdown, which is a hard tone to nail
+Lars Sig Thanks Lars, glad you like it!
Your playing is great
+Kameron Gard Thanks Kameron! Great to hear that!
actually some of the squire guitars are really amazing, especially for the price! the woods, craftsmanship, and finishes are actually really nice.
+James Cassidy Yeah, yeah they measure up really well to the Fenders. Cheers
Pretty damn close! That amp + neck pickup on that guitar = instant "I Can't Quit You Baby."
+Tim Cronin Thanks Tim, I actually only used the bridge pickup throughout the clip
I absolutely love my $179.00 Butterscotch Squier Tele. It flat out ROCKS!
+29moons Cheers! Great guitar indeed
Need to admit something...I was also putting a g3n in front of these little amps..and they sound phenomenal when you sim. Various amp models
Hey Johan, those tones are great. I think the amp choice was great to nail tones of the era, As for the Tele, I went 1 series upgrade and got the pine bodied Vintage Vibe Tele and I'll tell you what. +fishy paw Thanks! Good to hear that!
I think when you're using same body and wood and pickup style (Single Coil/Humbucker), it's pretty up to ur finger after that.
+gaiusgrdn Yeah, there are riffs and rhythms that make any gear sound good! Cheers
NICE SOUNDS,,,, LIKED YOUR FIDDLING AROUND TOO.
I've read that Page used mainly a Supro amp during the early album recordings.
+Gringo Green we can try that in a video. Cheers
WOW - you did it !!! Thanks for doing this Johan - awesome ! !
\
+Eddie George Thanks man!
Sounds great. Johan Zeppelin.
+Paul Montero Thanks Paul! :-)
Subbed!
Close but you need a Tone Bender pedal with germanium transistors.
I'm gonna get one of these things very soon ! Tired of drooling all over Squire Tele videos .
+CentaurusRelax314 Thanks, there will actually be some full band recordings here soon :-)
wicked cool demo!
+jay broad Thanks Jay!
Great tone you can take a two by 4 and still sound good
+William Pereira Thanks :-)
William Pereira , he's really done that! Just a great guitar player. Best channel on YT.
+pan theMan Thanks my friend, yeah that amp really helps out! ;-)
nice, as always: a good amp is an instrument, makes 75 % of the tone (player is cool too, of course)
+snorrevonflake Thanks yeah this amp certainly helps :-)
I declare you are the GURU !!
+Jason T. Thanks, I'll try that
Your accent is fabulous
I have that guitar. It’s all about the amp. Preferably a Vox AC model
Love your videos....well done and keep up the good work
+louisfriendhastaste Thanks, I'm glad to hear that!
Great tones once again.
+Mick Côté Thanks! :-)
Just found your chanel It's great You got a new subscriber
+James McDonald Thanks man, welcome to the channel! :-)
I like the odd amp.sounds good.
+Barry Hue Yeah, it does indeed :-)
I'm impressed with the eminence 15".
Yeah, I was too, I can definitely compete with the D130F for my purposes
I didn't need to listen to know this was going to sound fantastic your hands. :)
+StealthParrot Thanks my friend! :-)
😆SQUIRE sounds more nasal but still very good😎Thanx Johan
Ummmmm...YES ! Well ,Johan can play too. That helps. Nothing wasted in his guitar or bass playing.
+Tennerondack Bassman Thanks, that's really good to hear!
Sounds really nice...! Could you make a high gain video with the little star pushed and maybe the les paul?!
Bra guide Johan, ska beställa en affinity butterscotch som min första tele.
Tack för bra guide
Tror Jimmy P approves
These days, with all the CNC work in cheap guitars, they've become pretty consistent and the difference between them and the expensive ones is much less than back in the day. I'm not saying an Affinity is anything like as good as a custom shop Fender but they can still be a good instrument for beginner to intermediate players.
+Chris ACT I think the primary difference lie in stability. Although I his is a great guitar it needs more frequent setups than a CS Fender
