Probably the best parts of your video was hearing the little noises of your beautiful baby and how I can see your love for him. The decor was beautiful too. This was so peaceful to me . I think you need to have him in every video. He’s so happy and adorable 🥰

Enjoyed this so very much, thank you! Mom of four grown sons. I enjoyed seeing and hearing the little guy. I enjoyed the tour. I like painting furniture to salvage it. But we love wood grains and appreciate the God made beauty of some wood pieces. I have a cottage style, I have an individual style. With our sons grown and the home life changing, this has been a great opportunity to change the house. Find what I love and pull it out of storage , remake serviceable to pretty and create my unique home full of things I enjoy using. I appreciate seeing kitchens that have different storage because our house is old and doesn’t have the storage I need for the life we live, it helps to see others creative storage with repurposed items. Again I enjoy the children, another video I had recently watched, was one were a son was helping you make food in the kitchen, it brings back fond memories, what a blessing!

Andrea, one of the aspects of your life that draws me to your channel, is your parenting skills. How you navigate with your children is magnetic. I love her house. It’s “her”. It’s seems now that most want to cookie cut their houses like everyone else. I don’t want my house to reflect someone else or “hotel” impersonal. I want it to reflect me and all the things I love.

Depot Antiques in spring Lake and there’s an amazing antique mall in Douglas by Saugituck that you may enjoy. Maybe a nice spring day road trip with Mom, 🙂 just an idea.

I think that whether a person decorates in country, French, vintage, or eclectic, the key is to decorate with warmth….this includes not everything white….way too sterile. Some white is fine, but wood, beige, cream, some punches of black, pillows, and even pops of color….that’s the way too go.

Cute baby but after awhile its a bit distracting. Its like being with someone who just can focus on what is going on.

I like Amish made furniture. My kitchen is small and I could only choose two chairs. I found some nice Amish ladder back chairs that are a simple design and have a modern look.

One thing I love about Liz' home is that she incorporates colour. There is nothing garish, but there are pops of colour in things like rugs and bedspreads. There is so much grey and white out there in home decor and it is nice to see some personality with the subtle bit of tasteful colour, adding interest and happiness.
