Thank you. Never done it as a separate exercise but will do from now on.

Ann, thank you for doing this. So happy to see this pop up on my feed. Now I can practice over and over like the other one you taught. ❤

It was an accident. Perhaps, it was meant to be. 5 days ago, I attended the first class in what was meant to Tai Chi for beginners. Little did I know that Tai Chi 24 was a prerequisite. Being told by peers {all over 60's) that I was holding them up, I felt guilty and rather embarrassed. As an over 70 recovering from major abdominal surgery my dream was to join a Tai Chi class and re-discover my internal balance. That took a knock that day. In trying to find help, I came across your Tai Chi Walking presentation. Been practising both the forward and retro modes. These are invaluable gifts. Thank you for guiding me and others, as well. I wish you great success. Looking forward to more of your presentations.

      That's ridiculous !
Why would you go to a class if not to learn ?
That happens sometimes, especially when you start a course. I never had a teacher or even studens (whom shouldn't be involved at all, they aren't the ones whom run the class), with the attitude you described.
When it happens, you just do your best. And take another level when availaible or stick to this one.
Not everybody has a point, you know.

This class is a very good tai chi review of my college physical education course that I’ve now returned to in practice … your teaching skills are motivating for daily practice at home or outside in the ocean air. Thank you.

Haven't seen a video from you for such a long time. Really love this one. Maybe you could teach us some Yang Style taichi next time!

Thanks for commenting! I have been busy writing a book but I have a ton of videos coming now that the book is done. This is Yang style actually and I am going to teach more repeated drills like this soon :) I find it helps so much with learning.
