    It helped me so much not just balance. I was falling 2/3 times a day I’d been diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2000. Within 12 weeks my balance had improved and the pain was getting less. It is so amazing 😊

    The slow movement has been hard for me too. It is a mental discipline which is good too. It is worth it, just stick with it.
