I had to learn to make a welt open with no pocket. All the other videos were confusing until I found yours. Thank you so much for your easy video. Our church is making t-shirts with opening for tubes and elastic to hold what they would have to carry while being treated for heart problems. If you buy one from the web site, it's 80.00 dollars. This is the pattern that Waffle Patterns uses for the hidden zipper welt pocket. I appreciate you demonstrating how easy it was. I couldn't find any video on putting the zipper in with it. But I did manage. I will keep this video in my favs for future reference. Thanks for sharing. It is an amazingly easy welt and so simple to make look great.

I've been putting pockets in some pajama pants and using inseam pockets, which includes a lot of seam ripping and re-sewing. This looks more difficult, but is so much easier! I've already done one and now working on the second.
Yes, it may appear difficult, but it's actually much easier.
