Is BF1 a game where you have to compensate the sniper shot much? I've noticed that you weren't compensating a lot and still hit the target

yes you dont have to do loads of adjustment.... Just lead your target a bit if they are running and remember to consider the 'sweet spot' of your gun

It heavily depends on distance and the rifle used, for instance a Martini Henry from over 200 meters will need far more compensation than a gewehr 98

Amazing how unlike in other games, the Scout class isn't a dedicated sniper class. You basically can play all you want, all the way from grunt foot soldier to marksman all the way to "Ghost"-level sniper.

only fun fact - it takes ages to unlock all guns since you have to start as a noob with all those 100-150 lvl players :)

My biggest problem when playing scout is aiming slightly upwards from the enemy, a reflect I got from playing to much war thunder, thanks for the guide, is really useful.
