5:46 the bottom tree super skate can be used on both trees, not just bottom. also as everyone in this comment section has probably mentioned, you can also skate with heat rises but what they fail to mention is that it must be done on strafe glide, it does not work on burst glide. Heat rises skate is: use heat rises, jump, glide, dash, hit ground, jump, glide dash, hit ground, keep momentum until cooldown gone, repeat
I wanna add 2 more skates to the list 1: using heat rises you can get a pretty similar skate to the super skate. how to do is you pop heat rises, jump, icarus dash, as soon as you hit the ground jump again followed by another icarus dash and now just keep double jumping like in the super skate shown in the video untill you get your dashes back and repeat the first part or untill heat rises runs out 2: there's a different super skate where you use top tree dawn and instead of just doing the double jump you add an icarus dash after the double jump as soon as possible. This skate is so fast id reccomend trying it out at the most bottom part of europa (beyond) Any questions? feel free to ask and overall great guide sweat keep up the good content
Good guide for beginners, I think that after you've mastered all of these basic tech's, it's best to move onto -Nova Warp skating -Heat Rises skating -Sparrow Flying/Slip Streaming (not warlock exclusive) -Middle Tree arc team movement boost -Head bumping -Pheonix Dive Launching -Other class movement (i.e Titan Sword FLying, Hunter Worldline, Tether Boosting, etc.) there's defenintly a few things I know i'm missing, so make sure to do some exploring of your own

The strafe glide skating technique also can be used on top tree dawn, as well as when you have heat rises active! You have to do it different but there are many short vids explaining it perfectly
Hunters can also worldline skate using shatterdive in place of the well super. Shatterline skating also pops up way more often for hunters (because we can't swords-dash or float skate).
Fun Fact, you can Icarus Dash in other subclasses, you just need to switch classes while heat rises in effect, then you have a single dash that can be used before death
Lower mobil doesnt make you faster If you didnt have a sword then yes but all you need to do is swing before the apex of your jump while closer to the ground and its the all the advantages of low mobil with all the advantages of high mobility like jump height
You can also sword skate on warlock by jump-sword swipe-swap weapons+burst glide repeat. It works best if you use lament block-sword swipe. Heat rises-Lament skating using starfire protocol can allow you to travel crazy distances in the air as well.
warlocks: 11 minute video on how to go fast titans: "okay so what you do is equip dunemarchers and a shotgun" hunters: "okay so what you do is equip shatterdive and glacer grenades"
Just slide under the elevator after you break the crystals You'll get a joining allies It puts you at the next stage, same happens when you die between elevators moving
double tapping the sideways movement button (A or D on pc) will dodge the sparrow sideways, you do this just after you climb off so the sparrow smacks into yourself
I found that using a sparrow with stabilisers you can brake and it will increase it’s turning speed but slow you down so you gotta have some momentum before that and it will launch you
Hard but not really hard Took my a couple tries to get it down Was so on point I kept killing myself because the timing was too good lol But yea after a few minutes I got it The raid sparrow AoT is good for it but any sparrow works, it's more about braking into the turn then whipping off Careful not to nade yourself like I did a couple times lol

Sweat you missed out on nova warp middle tree, when you pop super, you just burst then warp and keep on doing that until you cant burst

You went from heat rises to slipstreaming and my head just broke. That is an insane margin but fun nonetheless
wait whats the phoenix dive launch? i take it that its used in very rare cases because first time hearing about any speedtech with bottom tree
The super scoot does work with top tree, you just need heat rises or your super for it. Icarus dash with heat rises gives you massive speed

Scroll wheel set to jump is one of the best things for titan and warlock skating. I found it better than a macro.
Made the switch back to warlock mainly for the movement, finally got the hang of icarus dash
For people looking to practice this, the europa area near the stanger is a great place to do so. Clear flat land for long distances.

Hunters can also worldline skate using shatterdive in place of the well super. Shatterline skating also pops up way more often for hunters (because we can't swords-dash or float skate).
