Hi Sandy I had made this&this turned out so very yum, just what I had been looking for.Even baked exactly what us looked like &even had the similar cracks what it bread had!! &i did add few walnuts as well to the flour.Mine took almost the whole hour to bake completely& what I noticed was that after cooling down completely the high rise that it had kinda deflated!! NO it did not sink. but didn't remain that high.kinda levelled down to the top.Was that normal? ?just wanted to confirm the rising part.&thanks a lot for a wonderful recipe!!😊

Hi Sandy..totally loved it.. looks so very scrumptious. .do we have to be little careful mixing batter (I mean getting over mixed! !)coz this did have a nice rise while u had mixed it throughly..&did u add crumbs to it? ?
Hohoho....Hi Sandy..this is so funny I don't know what did I hear!! U were actually telling the toothpick with bread crumbs!!(that's what I kept wondering about!!).Just watched the whole video again.. uve explained everything so very clearly!! This was really stupid!!Lol.. OK. .what's the baking pan size??plz reply a.s.a.p. Thanks&also can I toss in few walnuts(shouldn't affect the high rising part!! )In batter/while layering??
+Weikeong Ong No, you dont need it, yo might need to add one or two more tablespoons of milk to the batter but only if it's extremely dry.. other wise it will be all right :D
Sandy that looks delectable! I made a banana bread last week and my hubby hates bananas and he too ate it and loved it. Lol I love this but I'd sub apple sauce or oil for the butter. Thanks sweetie. Xox
FitAnge S Thanks Angie! I will try it with the applesauce next time! Thaks for the tips!!:D You can't go wrong with banana bread, it's always delicious! Thanks for watching, I hope you have a lovely day!
That looks so delicious. I love the way you did the melted chocolate swirl. It should be easy for me to make this gluten free. I really gotta try this. If I make it on my channel someday I'll be sure to give you a shout out. I'm drooling. :)
It's u know .....kind of didn't understand what you were talking but I am kind of Cristal clear about the recipe that you just explained in the video....
gsooo1 Hi there, I don't know why I can't reply directly to your comments, :(, the pan is 9.5 x 5 inch, and yes you can add some nuts in there if you want, my hubby is allergic to them, that's they only reason I didn't add any, but you can add any kind of nut you like and it shouldn't affect the dough at all... :D and you just mix the batter until combine, do not over mix :D
Uve been a darling here.was kinda waiting for this.thanks a million... & ahhh..sorry bout that.. gotta check that. .have been few others telling me the same..didn't get time.. &will let u know abt this..☺

Hi Sandy, if I want to omit the chocolate, do I need to increase the amount of other ingredients so that it wont be too dry? Thanks in advance!

Do you need whole wheat flour to make it or could you just use regular flour??
