I feel like Hyundai has been doing phenomenal lately. My cousins have a palisade, and it’s so comfortable. It also super quiet in the cabin at 80 miles an hour. It’s great! Edit: they also had a Tesla model X, an infinity qx80 and a Range Rover velar, and they like the Palisade the most
I got the Galactic Gray paint of this car, with tinted windows and the 17 inch alloy rims. I think it is a great car, but BE WARNED! This car seems to be hated by BIG TRUCK drivers. Almost every BIG TRUCK driver steps on the gas peddle when passing me. I used to drive a 5 Ton truck, and never tried to intimidate other drivers. With my Hyundai Venue, It felt great going to the gas station with a quarter tank of gas left, and filling it up with 17 bucks!
In my experience, tiny vehicles tend to get bullied more on the road...even by other small vehicles. I drove a 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage hatchback and couldn't understand why people acted the way they did.
Doesn't actually replace the Accent, though it is based on the Accent's platform. However, it could be a replacement for the Accent hatchback that was previously discontinued.
@@amggaming3528 not any more they don't I have 194,000km on mine and I wish I would have bought two (2011s) a great little work horse the only problem I've ever had was the horn died at two days old they replaced it in fifteen minutes
I have a 2011 Elantra hatchback. I test drove a 2021 venue a few weeks ago. It felt just like a hatchback when I drove it. Fell in love with it right away. My mom actually liked the feel of the car to - actually she was the one that commented how it felt like a hatchback. Definitely a top pick for me
I like that you have always something positive to say for all these cars. Congratulations and keep up the good work. (It would be nice if you try Peugeot)
I test drove a Hyundai Venue, and actually, it feels more peppy than 121 HP would suggest. The lightness of the car definitely helps, and it's actually a really good car to daily drive~ And it is very roomy in this car as well. I believe the Kona is a bit bigger, but this is still pretty spacious for someone who is pretty much your height.
Just purchase mines today, dealer waiting for my check to clear then I’ll pick it up!!! im sooo exicited!! got a great deal!! mileage only 9,000 and change, the person who had it barley drove it. so for used car i got it pretty new
I have this car in the green sel and I got it for Christmas (I am 16 and get my license July 1st) it’s so good cause my mom got it for more than $9000 off!! Her name is Apple!
I just got my drivers license and I am trying to get a good car since I’m a new driver and everything and I like Hyundai and Honda but I like this venue it’s big for me my bf has a hatch back but he’s shorter than I am and his seat feel super low and I prefer cars to make see on higher ground because I feel like I can see a lot more when I’m on the road
Sit can you please do a recmview of the 2020 Elntra with the 2.0 engine vale edition. Im currently leasing one and I was kinda bummed out about leasing it because I wanted something a little more luxurious. But I've learned to like it. Its responsive, nimble and I get over 400 miles on 12 gallons of fuel combined. I was curious to see what your impressions are. It would really boost morale. That and the fact that I'm only stuck with it for 36 months. Lol
An SEL or Limited Venue with a manual transmission would be a pretty compelling option. I'd buy one tomorrow if Hyundai offered it! (Even bringing back the SE manual would be a good start.)
Power specs aside. Manufacturers continue offering the manuals 👏🏾🥳 but.... With the bare bones basic trim and no options to add to the trim. Ridiculous.
Hyundai needs more powerful engines. Imagine this car with 160hp, the Santa Fe with 300-350hp, the Sonata with like 240hp.... they’re all great cars but lacking power.
@RandomVids Hyundai's currently upgrading their engines for their vehicles. Venue N-Line (140hp) / N (175-201hp) Sonata N-Line (290hp) Santa Fe (277hp w/ wet DCT) Almost every vehicle in Hyundai line up is getting N Performance, except Ioniq, Santa Fe, Santa Cruz, and Palisade.
Almost every review of this car I’ve seen has been the top level trim, good to see the mid level trim that I think most people would purchase
i test drove this last week. i love how it handles and feels super spacious inside the cabin.

For a compact "budget" car, I'd say this is one of the nicer ones I've seen on the market
I saw one in person today and I didn’t realize how tiny and low to the ground it actually was
It's really just an Accent hatchback for the US lol
It looks big online because it looks like an SUV but it’s about the same size as a Nissan kick
@@adamporter3402 I think this is a good alternative to the Accent hatchback. I drove this car, and honestly, it's perfect for what it is.

They still sell the Accent hatch here in Canada and I would absolutely get that over this.

I was just driving a base Venue with the 6 speed manual and I really enjoyed it. Heated seats, apple CarPlay. All you need!
I agree, the base model with the manual would be of more interest. Let's give them credit for keeping the handbrake. #SaveHandBrakes

Good car for ride sharing, especially the base model.

i kinda like this vehicle. i see it handles the michigan roads pretty good i remember those bone ratteling roads.
I had a rental of this car this past week. VERY quiet. Plenty of power, but missed a center console/armrest and door material was all hard plastic.
Yeah it's very quiet and a comfy ride and did just fine on the road with speed. I was surprised at how good it is.

Im a new driver too.. I was looking at the Kia Sonet and this..
Same! I got my driver's license 2 months ago. And can't decide all I like it's Kia forte, Quinto and Hyundai Venue. Did you still got this one ?
6:50 did he hit the curb 😅😂😂
I think he did.. good catch.
Nah thats a dip in the storm drain. Curb hit would not be as small at that speed
currently deciding between this and a mini cooper s clubman :/
I would love to see a review on the manual if you could. My wife likes this car but wants the manual.
SAVE THE MANUALS
Topher was going to do a 0-60mph test, but the video is only 13 minutes long and there weren't any downhill stretches long enough. :(
Wished they put the 1.4 turbo from the Elantra eco

ok, So how can I change the mode on my venue? because how can i tell if i have it on sport or not?
Better than Nissan kicks ?
depends. if you want to have fun get a kicks but if you want a nicer overall style get this

Ok, if I really just need to go from point A to point B I can take a cab, bus, or uber. Do we really need a 2021 version of the Hyundai Excel?
Sounds like you don't need a vehicle at all then.
