      I know nothing about this case, but this prosecutor is 💩. If I were a juror, I would have to vote not guilty just because this guy is trying to gaslight me and obfuscate facts.
      Around the 12 minute mark he seems it necessary to explain to the jurors what common sense is. I guess because they don't have enough of it to know what it is.
      Then trying to give me all of these made up definitions to a phrase that already has a clearly established definition.
      "Reasonable doubt doesn't mean REASONABLE doubt. Your peasant brain can't comprehend the TRUE meaning of words, so I will define them for you."
      Yeah, not an amazing job by this prosecutor. Not even a good job. Not even mediocre.
      Calling this amazing when the dude is basically saying "if you close one eye and squint with the other and tilt your head to a 34° angle when the sun is setting to your right and the wind is blowing you can see it. You're just not looking the right way. Take my word that it's there" is mind boggling to me

      They need judge Judy type energy in that room. That's only because a fellow officer committed that crime. The saddest part is the only way they treat a black man in the courtroom like another human being before being convicted is only always because they are ex officers or law enforcement or they are some rich celebrities.

    If ever there was a clear case of why a defendant should remain silent, this is it. (Don't misunderstand me, I'm glad he didn't). If he had refused to speak to police, he wouldn't be locked into his stories and prohibited from making up lies for how things happened. He could have showed up at trial and said she stole his gun, then went in woods and OD'd and did things like hid her clothes to frame him because she was distraught that he broke up with her. Yes, it would be a weak story, but it would be at least a tiny chance to create reasonable doubt. But one he sat in an interview and denied all those things and told all those lies, he can't now refute them with any credibility. So yea......use your right to remain silent! Thank god he didn't.

    Defense attorney in closing arguments wants to bring up victims hair from crime scene, regarding testing for several things but mainly narcotics consumption. Forensics nor detectives was ever questioned by this defense attorney during cross……BUT AT CLOSING wants to bring it up. Prosecutors promptly object and Judge criticizes defense attorney in front of jury.
    Also, apparently detectives never ordered testing on hair found at scene. Seems like only competent persons I’ve seen is the male prosecutor and best witness is the women who was stalked by Bryant who has something like 15 jobs.

    • @LillysConner
      @LillysConner 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +9

      Disgusting that defense wanted to paint that beautiful girl to be this big time drug addict. When all else fails, blaming the victim becomes the main focus, absolutely bad strategy in this case as she was simply walking home after hanging out with her friends doing what most teenagers do.

    • @kieka555
      @kieka555 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      @@LillysConnerblame the victim was the defense’s ENTIRE strategy. Meanwhile this “officer” is riding around with empty vodka bottles in each of his vehicles, giving edibles to underage girls, stalking women and as accused here kidnapping, most likely raping and taking the life of a child. But yeah she smoked weed so it’s her fault. I can’t with this defense or defendant.

Actually the software is trained for many months by the person using it before its ever used in court. It's not only extremely accurate but during longer durations in court it is a lot easier to use than typing. Some courts use one or the other, some courts will use both. But the technology used in them are extremely accurate. I mean software in our everyday phones or devices are really accurate, so it doesn't surprise me. I greatly doubt they would use it rather than typing if it wasn't at least as accurate as typing. It's sound proof, so it only hears the person using it voice.

When I was in school in the 1990’s a couple of the students who were a sister and brother went to Texas and the brother got involved in a drug deal that he might have thought he could get the upper hand in. The drug dealers kidnapped his sister, took her to the woods and killed her. I have heard a lot of sad things in life, really sad. But I don’t know if I have heard something this sad since then. I’m not saying that there haven’t been worst things that I’ve heard about but nothing that makes me so sad.

    He also SA that young girl which they should had pressed that issue at hand. Didnt just kidnap and dump her like trash. He had reason and cruel motives to want to assault and hide that woman body and evidence before any discovery and natural elements and ruined all the DNA evidence which he planned strategic being former law enforcement. He didnt attempt anything. Everything he wanted to do he did wasn't no attempts maybe for the other potential victims who he couldnt brake into their homes like he tried but he left alot of Semen in that case knowing the creep he was. It baffles me how he looks so identical to 50 cent son Marquise.
