I love the financials you give, for example how much money you would need to make and the taxes. I appreciate all the work you put into these videos, thanks!
Also I wouldn't mind a "What would $500,000 (or whatever #) would get you in 2025" series or a Part 2 series. I never get sick of seeing more options for homes in the same price range. Also Edgewater, NJ would love to see the newer homes there
Another banger video!! You’re a beast. I also loved the additional detail you added for this one where you stated what you would need to make annually to afford the property. The homes you show just keep getting nicer and nicer, love watching these!
Maybe I have been out here on the West Coast too long, but SI house just feels dowdy and tacky. The Harlem home was excellent! And the Mansion in The Bronx is everything that the Staten Island house wants to be. Just wonderful. 🎉
Maybe in my next life, I will be able to afford one of the homes because playing the lottery isn't working out!😄 But, a girl can dream and thanks for supplying the makeup of that fantasy dream! 😉
Loved the Manhattan property! I have a dream of moving to New york from europe sometime. Do you think its smart to own or be on rent? Or is it even possible to own if i dont have a citizenship? Just curious, havent really looked into it too much. 👐
Hello - I was born in Queens and grew up in West New York NJ, with parental family living in the Bronx. That was a very long time ago. Would I buy anything in NYC? No Two reasons I married a wonderful man from the south, he would never live in NYC. The other reason is the outrageous cost of living in the area. With all that said just for "fun" I do watch many videos regarding real estate. Found your channel by chance, and I must state your videos are some of the best. Why? Your friendly smile, use casual articulate verbiage, and provide financials that are realistic. I wish you well in your career and hope that many who are viewing truly to seek you out as their selling or listing agent!!!
Thanks so much the Harlem and Riverdale Homes would be my choice and would pay cash to avoid stress of long term payments Harlem is my focus if the property if its fireproof? ?
Just discovered your channel. LOVE IT!!! You are a great tourguide. Love your personality. Love that old school Bronx house but alas its in the Bronx. Second choice def Staten Island. Keep up the good work. Youre up there with the best.
Thanks for watching. I covered here: th-cam.com/video/tiRb3Cdo050/w-d-xo.htmlsi=G9QvAA6YAG_jOr5i. It's just become a typical requirement that landlords use. It's not a law
As a non-New Yorker, I usually watch these NYC property/rental videos and am appalled by the prices. I hear that Staten Island is the stepchild of the boroughs. I’ve gotta say that the Staten Island house is totally worth it and then some. The Bronx house has character but you would need a lot more money to fix it up. I felt like the staging was wrong in the Harlem property. It wasn’t eye catching or serene when you first walk in (color palette). You’re paying for the view with the others. The views are stunning but I’d rather have stunning on the inside. Thanks for all your hard work in making another awesome video.
no shot any real estate agent who represents washington heights and harlem as manhattan is going to be successful. never gonna happen. have fun staying poor, justin 🤣
4 mil to live on 113th street three blocks from the park? Insanity. Living in a sketchy neighborhood, at best. In the midst of public housing projects, guaranteeing that the neighborhood will never truly improve. Good luck taking the subway at off hours. Maybe if you have the financial resources, you can send your kids to private schools and have a 24 hour chauffeur. Still, you have to like the vibe of living in West Berlin in 1950.
Love your videos, you make a great realtor. BTW, how old are you. The reason I ask is because either you are aging nicely or if you do botox, etc... it's great on you. Your skin/face just always looks so smooth and youthful.
It would be cool to live in something like that in New York but at the same time I know I can buy a really nice house on like 20 acres for $4,000,000 in Tennessee, Indiana, Wyoming or a place like that.
@@justinmartineznyc why do less than 14% of residents in harlem own their property? why does harlem make up less than 1% of manhattan home sales priced over $4 million? 🤔
For 4 million I expected him to say that tiny ah building lol and take this from someone who lived a few years in Harlem. Would it sell? Not up to me but If I had 4 mil would definitly look down at least 20 blocks into UES or UWS

@@justinmartineznyc do it right tho. don't compare a studio in a 50 floor condo building in manhattan to a dingy house in staten island.
@@TheBigBaryshnikov Of course he should, that's the beauty of the show. What would you rather buy: the location or the mansion?
Great job Justin!
Love your videos. The places in DUMBO and Staten Island are awesome. Hope you feel better.
Thanks for watching!
I would love to see more historical buildings/apartments in nyc!
I love the House in Brooklyn and Staten Island
keep it coming!!
Staten Island house is awesome!
Between this Dumbo and Staten island was my fave
You’re like a real Serhant. If you make it stay authentic.
If he stays authentic, it wouldn't be like Serhant. One of the most greasy people I've ever seen.

That Staten Island property is...DOPE‼️👏🏾💯..I like the queens property. .but I didn't see a dining room 🤷🏾♂️🤔

Beautiful house but it's in Staten Island (close to Fresh Kills?). My favorites in this order - Brooklyn and Manhattan. Boricua?
Starting off 2025 on fire. Happy New Year Justin and feel better soon.
consider included Jersey City and/or Westchester county?
Will do!
🔥
Ahhh crazy, since when do they only put in electric stoves? Gas not allowed at all anymore? I love the gas ones so much🥹😭
Dumbo is the best in my opinion however that HOA is ridiculous, also like Queens but its too high up.

Do not show any properties in Harlem and call em Manhattan. Harlem’s a dump!
bruh u went to manhattan and decided to go to harlem? 😂
seriously! dude has to be one of the dumbest and/or sleaziest agents in the game
very few people want to spend $4 million in harlem dude, this is a stupid comparison.
