Had my Prostatectomy done two years ago, haven’t had an erection since. Have now asked if help is available and my urology team has suggested tablets and pump etc. I am also incontinence now, surgery has been offered, which I’ve declined, I did have issues after my procedure to be fair, and had to have a Catheter inserted for 10 to 11 wks, not ideal!!
