- Dr. Valenzuela specializes in prosthetic urology, sexual dysfunction, post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence, benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), treatment of Peyronie’s disease, and medical education.
He is one of the most prolific implanters of penile prostheses, artificial urinary sphincters, and male slings in the Northeast region.
He is a former Assistant Clinical Professor at the Squire Urological Clinic at NY-Presbyterian Hospital of Columbia University. He is currently the Director of Penile Prosthesis Surgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City.
Dr. Valenzuela is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

I had nerves severed and no care was taken to preserve the nerves. I also found that a good amount of lymph nodes were also removed

Both doctors are good keep it up they know what they are saying
I had robotic prostectomy in 2016 and still do not have sexual function. First of all I did not know and was never told I have prostate cancer.i only had 25% of the left lobe that had cancer. I only had MRI for bone density and was never told how much cancer I had.

I like this frank discussion. I had my robotic surgery December 2022. I still have incontinence and under sildenafil 20 mg. I am not getting any erection.

Hormone therapy has been a disaster for me.
Absolutely, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest in Mario Volpstein’s Thunderous Erections, it's so much simpler and potent now!
Very good detail but please less of the joking, not watching for entertainment but deadly serious and worrying for most guys
This is the first time I’ve seen this program. Although I appreciate the information they’re giving, I find Dr. Geo’s interruptions, sophomoric joking and laughing at some of these serious issues very unprofessional. For those going through this it’s not a laughing matter. I don’t think they’d talk like that to their patients. I’d rather they be serious, factual and clinical in their discussions and save the humor for other immature joke channels.
