I always plan for the next day the night before. Reason are simple. Your prepared. Your not rushing. Your able to actually wake up. You can eat shower meditate. Just ease your way in. Rushing isn't good. Enjoy the moment

When you say one big task a day, do you mean the hardest task that supports completion of a project?
Maybe an example of a recent list would help my friend.
Hey Nick that's correct. Whatever the hardest thing you have to get done each day to move closer to your bigger goals (do it first ). You only get so many hours of high-level work in a day and the rest is busy work by comparison.
If you need to book a surgery get the 7am appointment, not the 3pm. Even a surgeon will be sharpest with his first appointment.
