Enjoyed catching these beautiful November sac-a-lait with my buddy Brain Ebner. With the water cooling down the bite has picked up a lot. Fishing laydowns and drop offs seem to be key on this trip. I used to catch crappie at toledo bend reservoir good eating. I do miss fresh fish living in Louisiana it was just a deep part of my connection with family

Another fantastic video young man .I’m 72 years old and I love to fish , my health took a bad turn a year ago and I spent 10 days in ICU . Since then I am not able to drive or fish . I miss doing both . The food looked delicious as always.

If possible in one of your up coming videos could you please give a real short explanation of how far above you run your bobber stop ? Based on how shallow you are fishing ? My wife and I are totally new to shallow water crappie fishing . We are planning on doing some spawn fishing here in TX . Not to far from you and Toledo Bend . I’ve seen a lot of guys fish shadow, but you seem to be the master. Any advice would be greatly appreciated . I’m ate up with bow hunting too .
