    Hey dude, love your stuff and style! P.s. and by the by I had really good results using spare legionary crests on my LOTR orc helmets (bit of cross fertilization betwixt fantasy and historical minis). Especially the lighter infantry and archers. Gave me a more feral or wood-crafty look. Any way take care bro and keep up the good work. P.P.s. You're English is super schon, wonderbar und fantastich. Salut mon brave!

    Another great guide. It is annoying when your models get dusty lol. Looking forward to your shield video.

    Wonderful work, and really well explained. I am really enjoying this series.
    Did I miss the part where you painted the helmets and armour? Can I ask what paints you used for those parts?

    Can you remember what paint you used for the helmets? Is there a part where you paint the metal?

      Vallejo Metal Color Steel and Vallejo Metal Color Aluminium are my go to for base and highlight. Usually washed with Dark Tone or Nuln Oil before it became glossy.

    What did you use for the bases meaning what material??? And size in US sizes thank you.

      the bases are MDF so medium density fiber board that was laser cut to the right proportions. 3mm thick and 50x80mm so roughly 2x3.5 inches and 1/8th of an inch thick

    What is it you use as a filler?

    • @habsburgerdonkey5342
      @habsburgerdonkey5342  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      it's called filler or spackle in english. It's usually used to fix holes and minor damage in walls. You can usually get it at DIY or craft markets either pre mixed or as a powder that you add water too. Gypsum is another valid thing to use.
