The more elevation you get, the more stereotypical the accent gets...and then you get to the OTHER half of the accent. The kid who spoke complete gibberish? That's an actual, living dialect of the highlands. There's some that are even LESS decipherable, and sound like Klingon...or someone gargling rocks.
