I hate to break up all the feels y'all got from singing this just now, but if you're seeing this... I find it quite amusing to play sad songs on the kazoo but to play them seriously. Nothing I've played today has beat Empty Chairs at Empty Tables, but the idea itself is a lot of fun. 10/10 would recommend. My roommate also gets a kick out of it (especially with the somber facial expression as I play my small yellow kazoo)
This made me laugh so hard oh my god
I fucking love you dude. Reading this had me rolling bro
Played kazoo for a music project, teacher told my roommate that she “never knew somebody could emote through a kazoo” and she was “very impressed”
You’ve made my day, wow. Thank you
Beautiful
so you have chosen to rip my heart out into pieces as i sing this song? gladly
I killed it. My favourite to sing in shower as well as I dreamed a dream. Wish I had recorded my self. Can I use this for a cover please? Thanks
I sing this every time another dialysis patient dies. Stick around long enough and every chair is haunted. The nurses are trained to forget and move on, to compartmentalise. Sometimes I think I'm the only one who remembers all those who are gone.
lesson learned: if you use this for an acting assignment you will cry before after and during every time
Been one of my favorite pieces to perform! Thank you for the upload- the others weren't so great from other you tubers
Yes! One of my personal favorites!
I WAS LITERALLY JUST LOOKING FOR THIS
Thank you for this! Very helpful :)
Yes! I'm so happy for this, it's one of my favorite songs!
Fantastic!
So powerful
No hay palabras que describan
Lo que siento en mi interior
Estas sillas hoy vacías
Son la imagen del dolor
Esa mesa de la esquina
Era un mundo por nacer
Un rosario de canciones
Las puedo oír aún
Los bellos himnos al valor
Murieron con un grito
Se apagaron al salir el sol
Yo no pude acompañaros
Perdonadme, por favor
No hay palabras que describan
Lo que siento en mi interior
Me parece ver su sombra
Su señal en la pared
Estas sillas hoy vacías
Fueron suyas una vez
Ya no sé si vuestra muerte
Ha tenido algún valor
Estas sillas hoy vacías
Mi tristeza y mi dolor
Este sitio fue la cuna
De la noble rebelión
Cuando hablamos de un mañana
Que jamás amaneció
Gracias, mi tio
Thank you
Merci beaucoup

so much more beautiful in spanish, thank you
Há uma dor que segue muda
Gosto amargo que não sai
Tantas mesas e cadeiras
E ninguém se senta mais
Era aqui que se encontravam
Foi aqui que começou
O amanhã que procuravam
O amanhã jamais chegou
E da mesa lá no canto
Via o mundo renascer
Tantas vozes levantaram
E ainda posso ouvir
Seus gritos bravos e as canções
Seus últimos momentos
Nas barricadas onde o sol nasceu
Meus amigos, me perdoem
Todos mortos e eu aqui
Há uma dor que segue muda
Gosto amargo que eu bebi
São fantasmas na janela
Mais fantasmas pelo chão
Tantas mesas e cadeiras
Que ninguém se senta, não
Meu amigos, não se apaga
Tantos sacrifícios seus
Nessas mesas e cadeiras
Já não há amigos meus

All i can think about is female key of this ❤❤❤
I suggest singing octave up if you can! Its what I always do.
@@kingcobalt9149 ofcourse it is an option but The song in my opiniom should be in more belting range, like 4steps up to make it in the same place in female voice 😊
@@nataliaufniarz9042 i understand! i dont have a belting voice much so thats just my opinion! ☺️
They made one for the female key! Idk if you saw it

Dit verdriet is niet te delen
Deze wond doet altijd pijn
Lege stoelen, lege tafels
Nu mijn vrienden niet meer zijn
Hier ontstond de revolutie
Hier ontstaken zij de vlam
En ze zongen van een toekomst
Van een toekomst, die nooit kwam
I can hit all of the notes other than the "became their last communion" AGHH it's so frustrating
It's time to play the music
It's time to light the lights
It's time to meet the Muppets on the Muppet Show tonight
Male Chorus:
It's time to put on makeup
It's time to dress up right
It's time to raise the curtain on the Muppet Show tonight
Waldorf:
Why do we always come here
Statler:
I guess we'll never know
Waldorf:
It's like a kind of torture
Both:
To have to watch the show
Kermit:
To introduce our guest star
That's what I'm here to do
So it really makes me happy
To introduce to you...
The color selection of the text is useless for colorblind people. I can't follow it properly.
what would u suggest
Tempo is too fast
dit verdriet is niet te delen
deze wond doet altijd pijn
lege stoelen, lege tafels
lege stoelen, lege tafels
waar wij sloten ons verbond
was het alles waard te sterven?
das een vraag die dringt en dwingt
lege stoelen, lege tafels
en geen vriend die ooit meer zingt.
Too fast and hard to sing with feeling at this beat. Short spaces between verses.
this is original tempo and breaks
Is it just me or does this feel super rushed?
