I would not eat that on an English muffin. It's not a sweet bread so you don't normally use them for desserts. It's an odd combination of things you got going on there.
Use a spatula for scrapping instead of squeezing the cool whip tub and then using a whisk....that was such a cringe moment. Including comparing these aberrations to "éclaires" 😂, I watched this video out of curiosity and it didn't disappoint ....very comical indeed!
