Not trying to be mean but she lacks basic knowledge if alot of things. Her items she makes are mediocre at best. I cringed when she made whipped topping last time & didn't add the powdered sugar or vanilla...plus she never taste tests it after adding any ingredients....another thing she does is SEVERAL times when using Taco Seasoning she cooks & drains the meat & THEN adds the Seasoning..no way should this EVER be done. It would ruin the taste & be so salty you couldn't eat it. If you want to watch someone thats already good at making things check out Julia Pacheco & Southern Frugal Momma. They BOTH know how to cook & engage the viewers. Plus they'll show you how to stretch a $$$.

If you chill the beaters about 20 min before it will chill faster. Also use a metal bowl next time..again it'll be faster. With making whipped topping you have to taste & add more vanilla & powdered sugar sometimes..bc just eye balling it doesn't necessarily do it. Just FYI
Why do some of you people think you need to show doing every single move when preparing a dish. We are not morons we know how to crack eggs ECT Just don't want to watch every movement. Short and sweet.
