Í saw this about 7 days ago on IM Batman's channel. This is good though.
I am catching this guy mixing up properly classification. He is in a PRIVATE business. Although open to the public, it remains private and the laws of trespass here do not require a crime first. Remember the old signs, "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service." You can be trespassed absent a crime. Know where you are and how laws apply so that you will not make this mistake. He is in a gray area.

For example a black Marine can't have blonde hair coloring. It's unprofessional and draws undue attention that makes "Uniformity" impossible.

What is infuriating to me is when law enforcement say something like, "just show us your ID, and you'll be on your way - why are you making this such a big deal?" Police need to learn how egregious it is to demand ID from a citizen. By giving up ID, a citizen is handing over their name, date of birth and address. Plus, they're giving the police permission to look at their personal record. To me, it's no different than law enforcement breaking in and searching a home without a warrant. A citizen feels violated, with seemingly no recourse. This is precisely what the Nazis did. Have we forgotten that history? We called it evil back then. Are we now saying it's OK?

That's the second cop i heard say, "This is exhausting," about a citizen refusing to go against the law. They should try dealing with government as a civilian when we are run around and exhausted on purpose so we'll give up and give in. Can't wait for the day when cops operate inside constitutional laws or get arrested like we would. Cameras made all the difference but yes, we need rights taught in schools so bullies can't try shortcuts then blame citizens for being the problem like these two failures did. If they followed the law, he would have been on his merry way a long time ago - what jokes they were!

They were not investigating anything, so they illegally prolonged his detainment and admitted the reason was to "document it". Even the drug war, they made it all up to justify the absurd number of police, and their overfunding, so that if civil arrest should ever occur they have a militarized police force to protect the oligarchs and their property. And they get paid well, and go without repercussions, so they know who they serve. Sure they got some side businesses out of it, big pharma, prison industrial, insurance companies; but it has always been a a militarized army of guard dogs to protect the ruling class.
