The perennial problem on a lot of farms, their one of those areas that tend to get put on the back burner. You don't want to do it in the winter because of the mess it makes of the field and then when spring comes you want the grass. The grass is coming away well though with a little more warmth it should really grow.
Looks like a spot on job with the drain,Did you keep the unbroken Pan Tile drains, they always come in useful if you just want to patch up a small collapse or you can sell for people to recycle into summat else.
The tractor could do with a sweep out lad if your not careful you won't be able to work the pedals oh and the trailer tyres could do with a tadge of air😉
Another great Vlog, good to see the legs working well.We fathers have our use's you see.🤗🤗

Grafting and getting it done 👍 everyone’s got their own ways but my experience is anything you do drainage wise will make a noticeable improvement, looks a good job done to me!!

Great video George; I think your father is camera shy! Make sure you put a post in to mark where the pipe goes in to the ditch. In a few years time you'll be glad you did.

Hi, I came across your videos while looking up regenerative ag stuff and quite enjoyed them. Looks like a really nice farm! I help out on a pastured-pig farm in Virginia raising Berkshires and was just curious if you or other farmers in your area ever raise and rotate herds of pigs out on the fells all year round, or is the terrain and weather just too inhospitable?

Hi Ben. There’s not much in the way of pig farms round us but people do keep pigs in woods and some times to clear land from shrubbery

Great vid mate and yeah that’s really cheap I would say your looking at £42pt here but some reason everything is going up in price shame you’ve had to ruin a large strip of the field but should get it back next year but with the drain I can’t help with advice on this one as we have loads but we get contractors in and leave them to it

I know was debating leaving it till we got the grass in but had to be done I think

Great job..! You might develop an OCD and want to replace all of them...I'm fighting that right now having just sorted one area...As a subject change, a tour of the shower block would be interesting 😬

Think they all want doing at some point. Shower block is still a shed but I’ll do a before and after
