The sticking came out really nice. Maybe put a cardboard or something with a hard surface inside the stocking to help with the placing.

I have that stocking with 3 of the mini kits coming in today......glad to know about mod podge wish i knew before i bought any...lol...i tended to stay away from mimwax cause my husband refinished fine and antique furniture and he hated the store bought sealer....lol..i know this hobby isn't wood...lol

I bought the same sticking and both gingerbread houses! I've not used a sealant yet, but I was thinking about it for the stocking! Do you think a thin paintbrush would work as well as the foam brush?

I would probably try a small 1/2" wide paint brush made from natural fibres. For me the foam brush would be too awkward in such a small space. Just my experience from painting lady bug kindness rocks. Enjoy!❤

Thank you very much!! Yes I think a thin paint brush would be ok just make sure it doesnt leave any bristles behind. I just happened to have the foam brushes on hand.
