KB cleans hit biceps, forearms, shoulders, core
And lats as a secondary group I believe

One is all you need. In fact, using just one is ideal to some people because it engages the core more than if you used two
Do the same workouts but switch sides with the bell. I spent awhile with only one and just eventually had to adapt the double workouts by switching sides as necessary

Is the idea for the weight to be heavy due to the low rep count? Great workout, I respect your service 🫡
