The 8-Bit Nintendo, 16-Bit Genesis and the Super Nintendo will always and forever be my favorite eras of gaming! 3D games have their place in time (and I love many of ‘em!) but the 1980’s and early 90’s were the true golden age.

Would you by any chance, be able to procure a publicly shareable build with the latest code?
Great video! But if I’m being honest I was never a huge fan of the N64 when it first came out. The graphics to me (although better than most polygon of the era) always felt like “kids toys” to me. As if FISHER-PRICE or LITTLE TIKES designed video games. The polygons looked like “plastic” if that makes sense.
After the 8-Bit and 16-bit eras I became wholeheartedly a Sony fan! And I gotta’ say I completely disagree with the comments here about being “tired of 2D games.”
‘Naw. The 8-Bit Nintendo, 16-Bit Genesis and the Super Nintendo will always and forever be my favorite eras of gaming! 3D games have their place in time (and I love many of ‘em!) but the 1980’s and early 90’s were the true golden age.
Amazing effort. I'm a big fan of this game except for the very dark colors. I can't see sh*t sometimes. The Dreamcast version seems to be very faitfull to the original in that regard, that's good I guess 😀
Great, I will check it out.
Thought it may be based on the modern rerelease a few years ago. But if you need the N64 rom it suggests otherwise.
DOOM 64 480p edition.
I think it’s my favourite doom.
The Aubrey Hodges soundtrack in this game will haunt your dreams at night. This game is absolute god tier.
Can you do a video on ToeJam & Earl (1991) and ToeJam & Earl Panic on Funkotron (1993) and could you add Back in the Groove as a bonus too?
As much as I love the dreamcast (still have mine) and doom 64 (which I beat back in the day with no keys so the final level was hard as F) it’s kinda that too little too late, u can play this game on your PS5 right now for like 4 bucks
Hoping you'll cover the improved SNES Doom in 2025
I'm sure you heard news about Genesis games being delisted in December 6th.
Do you plan on making a video about this?
I just hope SEGA plans a return of SEGA AGES.
Can you use the DC mouse and keyboard?
Is there an option for Gamma Correction? Seems too dark to me.
Unfortunately that's just an inherent problem with Doom 64, and the main thing that turns me off from playing it.
Doom 64 on pc goes crazy.
