I have many journals. Sometimes I do intuitive journaling, sometimes it’s poetry prompts, other times it’s morning pages (a stream of consciousness). Many of those do connect me to God and my higher self, but I’m looking forward to start a prayer journal as well. Especially since, as you’ve said, we don’t always remember what we prayed for, and I know for a fact that many of my prayers came true, I just didn’t really notice it 😄
i started to use a prayer journal, i use it quite different. i copy down all the prayers that i want to learn and i take it everywhere with me. its quite simple not too big, its a pocket size that i got off Amazon. i haven't filled it all up but im so happy that i can take it to adoration and read the prayers
Prayer Journaling is the most beautiful experience that anyone could ever do! 🙏 it's not only a deeper relationship with God , but its also a very wonderful amazing guide that teaches us "The Way" ......I've been prayer Journaling for years , and in my experience I've learned that we're all destined to be a part of each other in a mystical way as we are all members of the body of Christ , I've even included you in my prayer journal Amber! 🙏 and "Be Not Afraid!" 🕊🕊🕊 because in my writings ✍️ I always ask The Holy Spirit to Guide Holy Mother Church and All The Faithful to a deeper Relationship with Mother Mary and The Entire Celestial Court! ✨️ So , yeah , lol , i pretty much get deep with the Pen 🖊 but I also devoutly entrust My Prayer Journal to The Immaculate Heart of Mary " ❤️ " because that's exactly what God wants! He wants us to Invite Him into every aspect of Our Lives ..... I use all different kind of gel pens and vibrant colors and stickers and I'm not ashamed to admit iT! ✨️✍️🕊💯 Great Video! I started a prayer journal recently and haven't gotten to actually journalling lately. Last thing I wrote down was the litany of humility just so I don't have to grap a screen during prayer. Thanks for reminding me to do this! I definitely needed it

I just found you and this video. Are used to love journaling in general. I love collecting notebooks as a hobby I love collecting different colored pens. Are used to do some thing like prayer journaling, where I would just write entries about what was on my mind or reflections from a TH-cam video I had watched from say breaking in the habit. But, life has gotten in the way and sometimes when you need God, the most is when you reach out to him the least. My mental health has been severely impaired, and just recently I was re-reading a journal I had started, that was specifically devoted to working through a weight loss Bible study. It was a wonderful reference for me. I very much like your ideas on how you prayer journal and I think I will adapt that for myself. One thing I've always imagined doing was actually physically writing out the entire rosary, every single Hail Mary every single, our father in glory be. It would take a long time ad. I figured the process would give me a lot of time to meditate on the rosary itself.

I just have a hard time to know someone might read my diary (like if someone cared…) and it makes me hold back a bit. I want to encourage you to pray to Mary, the mother of God. She is the ultimate intercessor biblically known to crush the head of the serpent. Pray one decade of the Rosary to begin with, and I pray she wraps her protective mantel over you.
@@ramonadinardo this isn’t biblical you only pray to God/Jesus. Also the devil can’t be removed from your lif. You can accept Jesus as your Lord and savior and he will guide you and make it easy but the devil never stops working Jesus just teaches you how to fight I recommend reading the Bible

I can understand how this can be conflicting. Instead, I am encouraging you to ask her, as well, to pray for you. She is the ultimate intercessor, which means that not only will Christ hear your prayers, but Mary will repeat your prayers to her son(Jesus), too! Absolutely, Christ can hear your prayer on their own. Although, I propose a question: If a child's good mother asks them to do something or hear something, wouldn't that child take the time to acknowledge or help their mom?

Hi, As a person on the Autism Spectrum, I think that the best way of communicating with the Lord is via Bible Reading and Prayer Journaling! I've been writing 📝 a lot of prayers to God and reading the King James Bible so my prayer might be uniquely heard and touched by Him. The idea is that by writing a prayer along with the Bible reading, may supernatural entities brought from the Lord be beholden beside me. What are your thoughts? I am a young man without convictions and don't know how to do a superstition.

Have you felt in some sort of your life stuck by praying the same thing over and over? That happens to me. Maybe doing this journal will help me be more creative.
I honestly only just began my prayer journaling cause I felt like it was really necessary on an extreme level because I don't even pray as often unless I had my rosary but I did wanna pray plus there was my laziness to even get on my knees cause it kinda hurts my knees to pray even tho I rlly wanna do so and at most I would only pray to Mary and not God cause I was not his biggest fan but I was a child who would always love him n pray to him but man I took like the largest portion of me time against his buns even tho he watches my ass because I feel like I'd only be getting nowhere without him and prolly with him but me remembering my devotion and the joy of going to my church classes as a young kid made me happy because it was entirely different cause I got to go outside play with friends have a snack keep myself busy and still learn about the Bible and Jesus and whatever else related to him and that was a bigger effect on me then i decided i wanted to try and connect with him and Mary in sum way by writing down how i was doing in my prayer journal book that was created by Shannon Roberts which kinda helped me properly begin to sort out or manage my life still slowly and more properly and God does read your prayer journals I'm sure he read mine and made me well aware in his own way that he was aware so prayer journaling is effective and should be more effective and selling out like crazy plus it helps your lives get better in some ways. T.T
Did you know that you can slow the video playback speed down? You go to Settings, playback speed, and can choose a slower speed. I do this alot with my Bible video lessons. It works!

Hi Amber. When you journal in adoration, do you sit by a desk? I imagine it would really hurt the neck to look downward to journal (without a desk).
I honestly only just began my prayer journaling cause I felt like it was really necessary on an extreme level because I don't even pray as often unless I had my rosary but I did wanna pray plus there was my laziness to even get on my knees cause it kinda hurts my knees to pray even tho I rlly wanna do so and at most I would only pray to Mary and not God cause I was not his biggest fan but I was a child who would always love him n pray to him but man I took like the largest portion of me time against his buns even tho he watches my ass because I feel like I'd only be getting nowhere without him and prolly with him but me remembering my devotion and the joy of going to my church classes as a young kid made me happy because it was entirely different cause I got to go outside play with friends have a snack keep myself busy and still learn about the Bible and Jesus and whatever else related to him and that was a bigger effect on me then i decided i wanted to try and connect with him and Mary in sum way by writing down how i was doing in my prayer journal book that was created by Shannon Roberts which kinda helped me properly begin to sort out or manage my life still slowly and more properly and God does read your prayer journals I'm sure he read mine and made me well aware in his own way that he was aware so prayer journaling is effective and should be more effective and selling out like crazy plus it helps your lives get better in some ways. Did you know that you can slow the video playback speed down? You go to Settings, playback speed, and can choose a slower speed. I do this alot with my Bible video lessons. It works!
