I have a preferred CX5, and I agree, it is the best value trim available, and it is only $2k more. In 30k miles I am averaging 31.1 mpg in mixed used driving. In the rear center armrests for my Preferred are two USB outlets for the rear passengers.
Hi, question on the preferred does the backup camera lines move when you turn the wheel ( sorry I don’t know the technical term for the feature)
@@MovingAlong531its called trajectory lines. Comes only in the signature trim with 360 camera. I know its a bummer
@@jitingambhir thanks 😊. I’m leaning towards the preferred mainly for the power lift gate and the auto dimming rare view mirror. I don’t really need to sunroof. Now Just wondering how much realistically I can negotiate off the MSRP.
I bough a 2023 preferred and traded in my 2013 mazda3 was able to get the out the door price to 25k
Shocked that you call that A pillar “thin”. One of the thickest I have seen in this segment and is a major reason I did not purchase the CX 5. It creates a large blind spot. Otherwise, I do really enjoy your reviews!
Why does your blind spot mader if you are given 🤔 a blind spot monitor
@@suzukiman8964 A pillar obstructs your view when turning left, thus creating a blind spot. Don’t believe they make a monitor for that!
U not a good driver then! Lol i dont have problem with visibility on my cx5
the front turn signals are LED, not incandescent
When you switch to sport mode, does it also affect the steering response? Or does it only change the shift point?
When the rear seats are folded, what are the width and length dimensions of the rear area?
Is there blind spot monitoring on the select trim?

Greetings from southern Ontario Canada I saw the 2026 mazda CX5 and its quite the departure of the current model no rear wiper blade the round dial on the console is gone replaced by a 12.3 display screen
