"NEEDLE GUN" ... Used them BUNCHES for taking off BARNACLES, MARINE GROWTH, RUST & PAINT in boat haulouts❗The ones I used were a cheaper brand with a "PISTOL GRIP" ... They all go through the "NEEDLES" fairly fast so it's good to have some in reserve‼

I ended up in a hospital in Tri-cities Washington back in October of 2016 , I was flat on my back for 38 days and started watching 63 Impala been entertained by you ever since so keep up the good work no matter how tedious it gets.

I use liquid tape on the fitting work great. And I've had your video show up before and being a truck driver waited till stopped and unloading and video was taken down I've always blamed TH-cam for it. I'm retired now so not as bad . That's a plus now....

Ken, the D2 governor controls the compressor. It uses a small air line from the tank to sense system pressure , then at the set PSI it puts air pressure into the center port of those three holes. This holds the valves open so the compressor stops building air pressure until the system pressure drops back down to the low set pressure. You also need a good check valve where the air compressor goes into the tanks. Look up D2 governor plumbing, there are lots of good diagrams
Just a FYI I run diesel in my kerosene heater. Seen it on youtube. They said mix one gallon of gas to 4 gallons of diesel. So I tried it and had no problems.

Hey Ken just blow a little air in the brass fitting and see where it comes out to find the water return. I would think it will be the elbow that is open.
I really enjoy watching you work Waylon. You might try shooting some compressed air into the elbow fitting and see if it comes out the brass hose fitting. Keep up the good work.
That pulley for the compressor looks to maybe gonna put way to much strain on that waterpump shaft and bearing! Just thinking out loud sir!! No offense.

I believe there is an air inlet in the head as one of those fittings. then the other one would be the out and the one lower down is the in for the water.

Doing it that way, you're going to have the water pump and alternater and air compressor running of one belt. That compressor won't pump 150 pounds with one belt.

I don't like contests....they have them on ham radio....so I choose to listen in other places on ham radio that are NOT having a contest to see how far they can talk and how many they can talk to....and how much power they have on their output. I'm just as happy with my little 100 watt HF radios and my 25 to 75 watt VHF radios....This is in reference to the temperatures NOT being a contest....✌

Ken you talk about dental work, I had my first round of radiotherapy back in 2007, I have had 3 more lots since then and various bits of rust cut out, over those years the radiotherapy caused my teeth to rot and well all bar 7 needed to come out as they where basically stumps so around Nov last year I gummed the bullet (I couldn't really bite it now could I?) I had I think it was 23 or 24 teeth out 2 of those with huge abscess on (I have pictures) and 2 of them broke into the sinus cavity on top jaw my last extraction was 20 December just gone and that was one of the 2 that broke into the sinus cavity Monday this week the last of the stitches fell out, and I go back on 14th Feb (day after my 64th birthday) for a check up with the oral surgeon then the next day to see my dentist hopefully to see about the moulds for the new fangs, I don't know what I will do with a full set of choppers after 17 years (it wasn't much use in doing it sooner piecemeal because the dentures would have to be constantly altered I have 7 left on the bottom jaw , my last cancer was removed just over a year ago (different to my lymphomas or main lot over the years) I guess I will have to learn how to smile again from behind my full moustache and beard Good luck with your radiator grill work mate it's not the most enjoyable bit of mechanical work one can have on the old body! I sure do appreciate knowing that I'm not the only one who feels that way . I reckon there's more than a few who watch you , has the same "problem" , ha ha . To check that water jacket flow , in-out , just put a little air through the pipe you are sure of , then feel around for where it comes out . I would think the high point is out , & the lower point is cool water in . Those were some really fine pieces , perfect for that Dozen . I should think there is something out there on those inter-webs on that Bendix unit , for hook ups & applications , especially if big rigs used them . Good luck with that , & your teeth . I'll be praying for ya , brother . I tend to like my Waylon Wire's Old Iron , & random house issues . It's got a fair bit of everything , & includes a healthy dose of reality . Daggumit! I sent you "Warning Labels" and everything! 2024 isn't starting good, at all! I don't understand the TH-cam algorythm either. I recently had a video get over 1,000 views, in a week; and I have no idea why. @9:15... That's a (expletive deleted) Needle Gun! I hate those things. I chipped a lot of paint with them, when I was in the US Navy.

I sure enjoy watching your videos I have for years I’m a disabled vet when my truck breaks it take me months not days to fix it but I have more time than money I have a lot stories where something that should be simple are just wrong and some take days to fix tools that were supposed to come ready I don’t know about things today every thing is built as cheap as possible engines or pushed to the max and reliably is horrible

Can the compressor be mounted backwards? Mount it in front of the engine with the pulley facing the engine. Just a thought

Ken, thanks for being so considerate by not showing your multicolored face after surgery. You have to protect the guilty watching your channel as it is so much fun watching you channel, it has to be illegal. Just joking, however not about the fun part . Daggumit! I sent you "Warning Labels" and everything! 2024 isn't starting good, at all! I don't understand the TH-cam algorythm either. I recently had a video get over 1,000 views, in a week; and I have no idea why. @9:15... That's a (expletive deleted) Needle Gun! I hate those things. I chipped a lot of paint with them, when I was in the US Navy.

I sure enjoy watching your videos I have for years I’m a disabled vet when my truck breaks it take me months not days to fix it but I have more time than money I have a lot stories where something that should be simple are just wrong and some take days to fix tools that were supposed to come ready I don’t know about things today every thing is built as cheap as possible engines or pushed to the max and reliably is horrible
