    • @SauceStache
      @SauceStache  4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Nicholas Grguric sorry man, been doing the youtube game for a while. That’s not true. TH-cam promotes what people watch. It’s why some creators skyrocket to success and some take a little longer, and some just never grow. From the outside it looks like brands grow faster but realistically that’s because brands have teams of people to put out content. The channel you’re talking about goodful has multiple hosts, videographers, editors and marketing teams. While I do this 100% solo. Of course they have an advantage, but it’s not TH-cam’s doing. It’s harder for the individual creator to compete, but their success has 0 to do with mine. There are over 60 million TH-cam channels and plenty of viewership to go around. Just because their channel grows doesn’t mean mine won’t.

The beef flavor broth tastes just like brats when you add it to seitan and I skip the salt in recipes so that I can get away with adding more of the flavored broth. I just sprinkle it on or in to give it a meaty flavor. Also, try Vegeta.

      I thought they were easy!! But I get a lot of complaints that my recipes are too difficult. I figured I would make this one as simple as possible lol

    What if you boiled the cauliflower in the chicken broth, drained it, riced it and then got the water out using a cheesecloth? Then, use the sugarcane swizzle stick trick you did before to form little cauliflower chicken drummettes, freeze them to almost solid, wrap em in soy paper and then bake and sauce? I'm not going to try it, but I bet you could make an awesome video of that.

    I made some bangin' vegetarian (not vegan) cauliflower wings today, that could be made vegan with a few minor substitutions. I'd really love to try the soy skin next time, but for this one I basically made a spicy pancake batter, then dipped the battered wings into italian panko crumbs, then basted with sauce and baked. Made for a nice "skin", and the wings really held together.

    Soak chopped cabbage head for 3 days in a solution of hydrochloric acid and water and the texture will be very similar to meat. Hydrochloric acid is the same acid that's in our stomach and is also in supplements like Gluten Cutter sold in stores.

    I think you can upgrade these wings even more by dehydrating the cauliflour before everything
