Tibasu Rhyperior does it. Look it up.
Rhyperior does do it, true. But it seemingly does so unintentionally, since the Pokedex also says it only does so rarely. (So it probably just sucks up a bunch of boulders and happens to occasionally get a Geodude.)
Also in Rhyperior's case it isn't firing it's own babies as weapons. Just someone else's!
Gengar: "It apparently wishes for a traveling companion. Since it was once a human itself, it tries to create one by taking the lives of other humans."
Epicrevilo sounds like a reference to the mystery dungeon series. which honestly fits sun and moon. also not shocked by that for some reason

Honestly, it seems to me like the Pokedex entries in Sun and Moon have a general theme of really likening wild Pokemon to wild animals and how dangerous they can be

I'm surprised you didn't mention Golbat's pokedex entry in moon version. It sometimes drinks so much blood that it can't fly anymore and falls to the ground becoming food for other pokemon.
I considered it, but we did a similar (but not quite AS dark) Golbat entry in a past episode. I think it was Weird/Creepy Pokédex Part 6

I love how "left this world" could be seen as a way of avoiding the use of the word die (like that DBZ dub that involved people being sent to the "next dimension").
But when it's in an installment that freely USES the word die, "left this world" ends up as the DARKER phrase.

Well, they probably thought that a Pokemon would know a lot about other Pokemon because Pokemon can understand each other and they're around each other often so they just stuck a Pokemon into a Pokedex.

Jwittz... you do realize that Black Holes are some of the densest things in the known universe, right? If anything, Guzzlord having one in its body would make it heavier.

To be fair, you could compact a dime into a black hole. A Black hole isn't inherently massive (as in, having a lot of mass, not being large in size).
To be fair, I didn't know black holes were super dense. Then again, I've also done no research in happenings of the universe...

It still has a lot of mass though, just very compact mass, which is why it's so heavy compared to it's size.
Wow the comments are back. One I found creepy in Moon was Golbat: "Sometimes they drink so much blood, they can't fly anymore. Then they fall to the ground and become food for other Pokémon." They mentioned Golbat gorging so much it can't fly before, but now it paints it almost in a karmic sense that when one gets too greedy it will fall down defenselessly and be torn apart by other Pokemon.
Gen 8 Pokedex:
Pikachu Entry Version 1: They sneak into buildings to eat their electricity. Sometimes they drain all power from vital buildings like hospitals.
Pikachu Entry Version 2: They cause so many power outages that they are considered as vermins and are hunted by exterminators as a result.

I actually mean't that as a joke, since sun and moon makes so many pokemon sad and depressing in the pokedex entries. But yeah, since Pikachu is a mouse I just figured it being vermin in the city would make sense. Although Nintendo would never give such gruesome lore to the Pokemon mascot.

*Mega Scizor*:

*Creepy Factor*: straight-forward
*Mega Salamence*:
"Mega Evolution fuels its brutality, and it may even turn on the Trainer who raised it. It's been dubbed "the blood-soaked crescent."
*Creepy Factor*: the fact its entry uses the words "blood-soaked."

Oh I got one that I love, So in Ten Carat Hill you can find Carbink early on if it calls for help a Sableye can appear, capturing the Sableye in Sun will give this entry:
"It's a fiend for gemstones, so it stalks Carbink. Unfortunately, Gabite almost always grabs them first."
The only reason it came to help is to keep the Carbink to eat! It heard its cry for help and thought it would get a cheap meal.

The Mega Evolution entries made me not want to use the mechanic anymore because I felt so bad
Didn't stop me, most of my favourites aren't harmed.
Literal God I'm pretty sure Mega Evolution only hurts if the trainer doesn't have a good bond with their Pokemon. If you have a strong bond with your Pokemon, the mega evolution won't hurt, if the bond is terrible, mega evolving will hurt like heck. I suggest only mega evolving Pokemon with full happiness, so your bond is strong.
Literal God honestly I think that's what they were going for, especially since they didn't add any new megas in gen 7.

The Umbreon part just reminded me of the Sylveon PokéDex entry from Pokémon Sun.

People often forget that eevee is somewhat based on foxes. Eevee is a carnivore, same with many of its evolutons.

Thank you for this! Moon is my first Pokemon game (though I watched the anime and read the manga), so this excited me!
so those small white circles around the bottom of palossand aren't pebbles, they're bones....
no, there pebbles. the bones are underground.
Something I've been wondering for a while now is: how come there isn't a "Light" type for Pokemon? I mean we have Dark type, so why not Light to be opposite it? I mean we have pretty much all the other basic elements so why not? There's Bug, Grass, Rock, Steel, and Ground types which pretty much covers the whole Earth Element. Then there's Flying, and Electric types which covers the Air element. There's Fire types which cover the Fire Element (duh). There's Water and Ice types which cover the Element of Water. There's Dark for the Darkness Element (again duh). There's the Fighting and Poison types for physical Combat. There's Ghost, Dragon, Psychic and Fairy types for the Mystically inclined. Finally, there is the Normal type which is pretty much neutral.
DracoInduperator light type might come in gen 8 hopefully. Only time will tell.
DracoInduperator I think Fairy can fill in for a Light-type. It's still super-effective on Dark-types.
DracoInduperator Actually, in Japan, Dark type is called Evil type. It doesn't necessarily represent the element of darkness, but rather malicious intent and cheap tactics. It's also why Fighting is super effective against Dark, because of the whole good vs. evil thing.

i have a suggestion on pokedex entries video you can make, how about the "kind" of pokemon, like how gyarados is the 'atrocious' pokemon, or vanilluxe is the 'snowstorm' pokemon (when it is clearly an ice cream cone) :)
