Swiss Cow Parade | Schopfheim, Switzerland Alpabzug | Travel Vlog

We were so excited to go to a Cow Festival where the farmers bring their cows down from the Alps and parade them through the town before they settle for the winter. The cows were dressed up so fancy along with the beautiful Swiss clothing worn by the men, women, and children. Grace was so excited to see each family of cows as they walked by.
It was also fun to see a large group playing the alpenhorn and a choir singing Swiss traditional songs. The bratwurst and desserts were delicious. It was so great celebrating with so many others. If you have the chance to do this, we would highly recommend it!

My grandpa used to own a farm. He had cows and sheep and chickens, and there have been times when he’s gotten kicked by a cow. He’s dead now, since 2018. My uncle Doug used to live with him.😮
