Well, to be fair, the EZB and Fed would be right to produce more money if that money would actually be used for reallife investments. But most credits (85%) are used for "investments" in the financial market which doesn't do shit. Basically, printing money to solve a crisis could work (MMT, keynsian Economics), but if you use the money to pump money into the financial market, you end up with a bigger crisis and a fucking TON of inequality.

"They mean do the thing the good." That sounds about right. 9:30 "Why are there all these buckets of aluminium?... and why does it look like graphite?" I know enough about nuclear reactors to see where that's going. Did not go there as fast as expected. Guess that's why it's early access. 12:30: "Unless I remove all the water from below the power plants." ...Again, I know enough to see where this is going. ...And it doesn't have time to go there. Long story short, while that will stop a steam explosion, you'll still have the nuclear material escape and irradiate the area to unuseability. Assuming the 3-mile-island design is used and the early access programmed that in. Also it's still heating up the sand, but assuming the plant is water-moderated, it wouldn't heat it up as much. Ah, other comments inform me that this was a Chernobyl parody. I lack the funds to have HBO.
@@ZZ10000 The video made it sound like the sand itself could explode out, but my understanding is that it melts into molted glass, often before it reaches the core material. In Chernobyl, the sand never reached the core as sand, and so did not staunch the radiation. But some glass may have dripped down (apparently this is disputed), and this can affect the configuration. Here's the point where I'm not 100% clear on the details, some of which may be classified. I know liquid glass can carry along radioactive particles (higher viscosity and vaporization point than water), so I think in Chernobyl the concern was it could carry the Uranium and Plutonium further down the structure, towards the water reservoirs. This would cause a secondary steam explosion, which I think was the concern in the series and thus this video. In 3 mile island, which is what I was thinking of, the reactor started melting down because the water coolant intake was shut down. This meant there was no steam explosion, but the material leaked out and contaminated the area. Now 3 mile island had learned from Chernobyl and had a 'core catcher' in place to keep it out of the water table, but it rendered the site totally unuseable. In this game, that would probably result in player death due to the radiation. Not a nuclear engineer myself, but I live in a town with a lot of 'em, so I've heard a few of the non-classified bits over the years.
I appreciate your perfect recreation of the Chernobyl meltdown, the "America" over crude oil and the S.T.A.L.K.E.R music over his talking about your meltdown
