I'm not sure if it's where i'll settle with a family, but man one thing you cant take from Dallas county and North Texas is you've got so many options to live the life you and your family want to live. Tolls are dependant on where you live. They tend to be in higher priced areas. Property taxes are higher, but you cant write off income tax on your tax returns. If you understand the Tax Game you can use the property tax to offset what you end up paying uncle Sam.Which makes it wash. If you don't understand the tax game than yea..... its higher.

No way to living anywhere in the south, it’s too slow
Too Racist, not as progressive as I’m use too , I live in
    Santa Barbara California
( by way of Chicago & NYC )
I lived in Miami for 4 yrs 🤮
    I lived in L.A. for 10 yrs 🤮🤮
I finally sold my condo in LA
And invested in living in a place that reflects the amount of money I’ve spent on my home
Santa Barbara is a bit more expensive to live here , however
you get what you pay for!!
Paradise, chill , crime is really low , and no matter where you turn , you’re by the beach or the mountains!!!

    • @DallasRelocationGuide
      @DallasRelocationGuide  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

Sounds like you've upgraded from the hustle and bustle of Miami and LA to the serenity of Santa Barbara. Who needs racists and slow pace when you can have beach and mountains at your doorstep, right?

My brother , Santa Barbara is like living in a 24hr apartment day 7 days a week
Vacation, it’s not that many of
us ( black ppl ) living in SB , however
There’s a huge Hispanic population in SB, which is cool because the majority of SB is
      White ppl
      Retired ppl
      College kids ( UCSB students)
Ppl like myself who work in the music industry but want to stay far away from L.A. ( especially when all moral hell is breaking loose in Hollywood in 2024
No way Hollyweird , won’t catch me at non of those cult recurrment party’s !!
