Hey Marq, I’ve been watching your channel for a couple months now, came back from DFW a couple months ago and I plan on moving there in 2025. I’m turning 24 so really I’m looking for apartments to rent, could you do some videos catered towards fresh out of state graduates, and maybe show apartment prices in different neighborhoods?

Loop 12 south is a freeway.m somewhat… you can take the i20 to the 408 and it turns into the loop 12. . Which is actually a freeway. And it pass the i30 all the way pass the Texas 121 express way. Toll. With no stop light.. I take it to work almost every day.

Dallas is a better place to be, but the food is more diverse in Houston (good seafood, etc). In Dallas the restaurants and the food are more "bourjy" (bourgeois) a lot of great Steakhouses in Dallas. Traffic is worse in Houston. Houston has huge highways, but Dallas has even more and better highway. Better nightlife in Houston. Where Dallas really crushes Houston is in the cities around Dallas that better and bigger such as Fort Worth Arlington, Plano, Frisco, Irving etc. The truth is I hate to compare those two places. Houston is like the bigger and older sister and Dallas is like the younger and finer sister, but still, both of them look great. Houston Crushes in the fact there is the beach in Galveston, and the great seafood, turkey legs LOL etc.

You cannot go wrong moving to either Houston or Dallas. Yes, traffic is worst in Houston. The reason why Dallas wins is simple, it is the nicer cities that part of the Dallas metro area. Dallas has better public transportation and DFW has way safer, richer, newer, better looking suburbs or cities around Dallas (Frisco, Plano, West Lake, Southlake, Coppell, McKinney, Grapevine, Las Colinas etc). When you move to Dallas you don't just get Dallas. You get Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Garland, Addison, Richardson, Grapevine, Westlake, Southlake, University Park, Highland Park, McKinney, etc. A lot more gorgeous cities are part of the DFW metro and that is where Dallas wins big time. That is the reason why Dallas wins, it is because Dallas has better suburbs/Cities around it. Both places are amazing, Houston and Dallas are like two of the best places the USA has to offer and two places that do not get enough credits for how amazing and beautiful they are

Hi Marq u randomly popped up on my yt feed as im lookin at a place to plant my kiwi feet parttime in the u.s whilst doing back and forth from my home in new zealand lol. Ideally had Atl, GA and Hst TX as my front runners but after seeing so many reviews from locals and ppl there, i found myself scoping out wider to Dallas quite possibly VA lol! Your presentations just keeps amping up DLS greatly in terms of positive growth and economic n business expansions in the city, infact having the Tyson V Paul fight yesterday there in Arlington was a major world plug!🔥... i think one of things that was being considered is ofc that Tx heat it dont play 😂 and the 3 highways that another yt realtor says is in the u.s's top 5 most deadliest highways🤪... East n West coast has never appealed to me for living, however am just requiring an area with good weather and i love the cold too being from nz lol and greenery and water areas. I see South Lake as a beaut area and one of my spiritual mentors made the move to DFW from miami a few years ago and is loving it. I have been bingewatching quite a few of your vids as i find them so easy and super informative to gague in so kudos to you & if Dallas is the One, it would be kool to connect. 😊
