Your craftsmanship is flawless. You make it look so easy. I want to learn to reupholster furniture, it helps me to relax. However, there are no training locations near me. Im proud to see a Cali guy representing home well. Thank you for sharing your gift.
I have a lot more respect for furniture, after seeing how much hard works goes into the making. thank you sir! You made it look easy when it clearly isn't.
Kendria Hill - And take into consideration that this was the easy cheap short cut way... he took an already made chair... imagine if he had to build that chair from scratch... then we can say he builds furniture as well (not that he doesn't) but in this case he.just re-upholstered it... and that too was a lot of work.
fantastic work, well done! quick question... can we see how you cut and shape the fabric to fit over the actual seat not the back. if that makes sense. really want to give it a try but unsure on this step. thank you
Nice work!.. as always. I dos not hear how many inches is foam you used for the seat. and for those watchers asking about the diamonds shape, look for his previous video No sewing tufted headboard. Really interesting.
Great videos it's nice to see a young guy with you're experience did you ever try to do tufting on the cutting table as to be done directly on you're foam with an added lining on back using prong bottons instead of loops it may be less complicated and mutch easier you could have you're tufting done before you cut you're plywood for a headboard and you won't have to actually go under you're piece to attach each bottom let me know what you think
Hola amigo te felicito por aprender este oficio tambonito yo estoy mirando y con eso aprendere el capitoniado veo todos tus trabajos por esta pajina no hablo ingles solo español pero miro tu trabajo es perfecto valeeeee
Yeah so I thought this was like a DIY project that I could actually do. I already can see my bar stools looking like Theo Huxtable's Gordon Gartrell designer shirt disaster. NEXT! - - - - -
@15:56 you cut off the excess piping, you could cut off the excess fabric from 1 pipe and the excess pipe from another and then wrapp the excess fabric around the excess piping thus leaving a more subtle transition?

The thin layers of fiber are effective in ensuring smooth transitions. Finished product looks very nice!

Trabalho perfeito! Quantos centímetros de espuma você recomenda para o acento e para o encosto? Estou para renovar minhas cadeiras (DIY). Obrigada pela atenção!
How did you compensate for the extra height of the seat? Does the chair still fit under a table with a person seated on it?
Do you have a tutorial on how to do the diamond stitching on the fabric? I would love to learn how to do that.
