I am a 72 year-old female and started woodworking, in earnest, when I retired at 60. Thanks to people like you and some of the other presenters on TH-cam, I have made some amazing pieces. Stuff I would have never dreamed I was capable of doing. Lots of trial and error tho. However, I will keep at it as long as I can keep arthritis at bay, which the woodworking helps. LOL Thanks again and keep at it.

What an amazing young man. So nice to see someone that has taken the time to develope his craft. Those skills do not come over night. It takes years. But from some of the comments it seems that we have lost the desire or the drive to learn anything that does not take over night to learn, like a video game etc. Take a skill you want to learn and do everything in one year to learn it "without giving up" You will be amazed how many skills you can get if you just don't park in front of a TV or video game. I for one feel blessed that he would even take the time to share his incredible skill with us. I learned so much and do not feel intimidated in trying something new For those of you that say he has a nice shop, he also shows you how to do a project with out one power tool. @@kiagud4281 не а, первый раз всё равно криво получится. У него явно опыт большой. Это как попробуйте выделку кожи сделать по видео или сыграть что-то на гитаре хотя бы и простое без опыта. То же самое. В теории всё просто. А на практике - нужна практика!

@@user-yf7ro1ck5o как смело Вы обзываетесь, однако. Как делал? Набросал чертёж. Купил фанеру 10 мм, знакомые распилили в размер. Нейлером сбил корпус, присверлил ножки, обклеил поролоном 20 мм. А дальше уже тканью обтягивал. Достаточная инструкция?
@@dmitry_v. я и не спорю как красиво описали вы но там паралон не 20 и не в один слой и что значит просто обтянул тканью она тоже с неба упала и в стоимость не входит как и всё остальное? Чушь не городите. И Я не чего не имею против его творчества а просто говорю это всё не может стоить 10 баксов. А с вашим подходом там спрошу здесь дадут то можно и и в 5 уложится

Наш трудовик бы его удавил в тисках за такое. Это крепление ножек - ппц полный. Надежности ноль. Пуф красивый, но с точки зрения качества - туфта полная. Не нужно таких на уроках труда. Из за них теперь нельзя мебель нормальную найти по приемлемой цене. А в принципе рядовое, но надёжное шиповое соединение стало верхом мастерства. И мебель с ним стоит, как маленький автомобиль. ((( Да и то неправильно делают

that's my usual go-to statement for diy stuff on youtube, but in this case, i disagree. yeah, he's got a table saw integrated into a bench, but you can do this with much less. even the stapler is very inexpensive. i'd say most of this stuff you'd already have in your shop (or an acceptable substitute) if you're watching this. this is very approachable.
The table saw is probably most expensive but I see that he probably built his own by screwing a circular saw below the table, not the best solution (kinda dangerous) but I have seen it before and it works.
After being subscribed to almost 200 TH-cam DIY creators (and being one of my self) this statement is so wrong it is not even funny. He is having DIY bench, DIY table saw made from circular saw, without fence! Stapler worth less then 100 bucks. Most expensive is random orbital sender with price probably around 100-150 bucks. Selling one of this chair covers all of his tools expenses easily. This is actually one of the toll/equipment minimalistic workshops far around. Workshop where hands and talent is worth a fortune. If I was his kid, I am not leaving shop until he teaches me every single move, because this is masterpiece work there.
@@_1Brick1_ The product he makes can sell for a lot. Just need to sell one or at most two of these to make up for the equipement and tools needed for this work. Also, you can just use the circle saw without the bench. If you can't afford tools worth 250 bucks. U don't have a job xD And the orbital sander is just for quick progress. U can do this with sandpaper. Just takes a lot longer. The hardest part for me to get is the big needle, because I need to order it online. The rest every hardware store sells.

that's my usual go-to statement for diy stuff on youtube, but in this case, i disagree. yeah, he's got a table saw integrated into a bench, but you can do this with much less. even the stapler is very inexpensive. i'd say most of this stuff you'd already have in your shop (or an acceptable substitute) if you're watching this. this is very approachable.
The table saw is probably most expensive but I see that he probably built his own by screwing a circular saw below the table, not the best solution (kinda dangerous) but I have seen it before and it works.
After being subscribed to almost 200 TH-cam DIY creators (and being one of my self) this statement is so wrong it is not even funny. He is having DIY bench, DIY table saw made from circular saw, without fence! Stapler worth less then 100 bucks. Most expensive is random orbital sender with price probably around 100-150 bucks. Selling one of this chair covers all of his tools expenses easily. This is actually one of the toll/equipment minimalistic workshops far around. Workshop where hands and talent is worth a fortune. If I was his kid, I am not leaving shop until he teaches me every single move, because this is masterpiece work there.
I was thinking the same thing. It’s cheaper to just buy it.
@@_1Brick1_ The product he makes can sell for a lot. Just need to sell one or at most two of these to make up for the equipement and tools needed for this work.
Also, you can just use the circle saw without the bench. If you can't afford tools worth 250 bucks. U don't have a job xD
And the orbital sander is just for quick progress. U can do this with sandpaper. Just takes a lot longer.
The hardest part for me to get is the big needle, because I need to order it online. The rest every hardware store sells.

Wow. just wow!! I don't know who you are, but I've learned soooo many useful techniques in the 2 videos I've watched on your channel. This changes the game for me. I feel like I can make any simple bench that I want. I'm needing to make customized a settee in my home office due to the space and I'll merge techniques I've learned to create my own customized seating. Thanks soo much!!
I bought all the tools and the materials for $ 9.35 only. Much cheaper than I thought. I will keep the tools for other projects. They were the most expensive. Cost me $4.83. Thank you very much. Nice project for week end, Regards.
