    I'm taking this program currently through Mt. Carmel Hospital in Columbus to address my issues with balance. This is the best and clearest video I've been able to find illustrating the moves of the complete program. Orthopedic One is a marvelous practice which has helped with my knee issues (total knee replacement) and back issues.

    Very interesting, but do you a tutorial teaching the different moves instead of just the demostration?

      If you go to description, it cuts each move up into chapters. That might be useful, and close to what you're looking for.
